Had a great holiday! Staff are great made us feel very welcome great with our little boy.
The food in the restaurant was really nice and not over priced. The room was pretty noisy but this was our own fault as we did not get the air conditioning so couldn’t close the door as it was 38 degrees. All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this to any family’s and couples we will definitely be returning the in near future.
Really nice hotel. Staff are great, very friendly, and always welcoming. Only downside was our hotel room. 1st room was on the ground floor in a block on the other side of a very busy road. Was very dark in the sitting room due to only having a very small window. It looked like a converted ‘building plant/services room’. Got a move to another block/room. Great improvement, but still facing busy road. Overall a very good holiday as obviously didn’t spend much time in the hotel room.
Management and staff offer excellent customer service and always with a smile. Special mention to Anna the manager who helped us and went above and beyond. Facilities are excellent with many activities and pools to choose from. The whole facility is very clean with staffed are seen cleaning constantly. Food was lovely too. Highly recommended. Thank you!!
Beautiful and calm hotel for a family. Definitely recommend if you only want to see the city and have a clean and safe room 15 minutes away from the city center. Parking is not a disaster planty of spaces near hotel area. Beautiful and friendly team.
Lovely hotel with amazing staff, great food and it is very clean.Have got to mention Anna (manager) Cristina and loannis (pronounced John). These people were outstanding. Only negative was the 17 / 20 minute walk into the centre. We should have hired bikes.
