Good guesthouse, a little old in the rooms, but in the general context they are comfortable, the service is good, as a good cleaning and linen change is done. The location is undoubtedly the most interesting aspect, as it is located about 800 meters from the landing and therefore from the center of the town of Chora and 100 meters from the beach. The breakfast is not the Italian type that we prefer, the prices considering the island in the middle of August are more than good. Finally, the owner Mikailis is a very kind and helpful person and tries to be helpful for any need to make you spend your holiday in the best possible way. In context it was a good experience.
We stayed in this hotel with very different expectations than those we encountered. The breakfast was really disappointing: no buffet, they only served us a plate with a few slices of bread, 2 slices of salami, 3 of ham and 2 of cheese and 2 hard-boiled eggs. Absolutely insufficient to start the day well, so much so that we were forced to buy more food elsewhere.
Oh I forgot, be careful with packaged jams, some have expired!!!
We had requested a double room, but ended up with two separate single beds, a detail that made the stay less comfortable than expected. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower lacked any protection, which meant that every time we washed, the entire bathroom flooded.
To top it off, payment was only accepted in cash, with the excuse that the POS was broken, a decidedly unprofessional situation that left us with a bad memory. We do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

Let’s start from the beginning. The rooms are in an excellent location, very close to Chora and 100 m from the beach. We stayed in a triple room, based on the prices of accommodation in Chora for the month of August, it was very affordable. Now as for the room…it was basically a double with a bunk to make it a triple. There was breakfast, bread, jams, cold meats, coffees and juice – not particularly to my taste. As for the seniority issue raised by the above I didn’t care much to be honest. What gave me a hard time were the sockets. Some did not fit the power plugs from the laptops we had and in addition we only had two sockets available. The third was connected to the air condition and the fourth to a small fridge. A cleaning lady came every day. I should note the lack of a curtain in the bathroom resulting in a lake of water after the shower and the lack of a bag in the trash can. We stocked up with our own however when the girl threw it away she never put another in the bin and we continued to put ours in. From a service point of view, Mr. Michalis was awesome, helpful and had all the good humor to put us down and point out every noteworthy place on the island for us to visit. With a few improvements it is a fairly decent accommodation.
