This is a true hidden gem! It is located five minutes outside of Kokkari. You have the benefits of this little touristic village but not the downsides. The location is a bit up a mountain which therefore offer the apartments a great view over the ocean. We stayed in the second floor apartment on the left side of the building. Great terrace but also an outside seating area on the back of the building (where you can also park your car). The apartment is spacious, had very new furniture and offered al the amenities one could wish for (fe: tv with Netflix, espresso machine, double airco). The owner is very hospitable, welcoming us with drinks and food. The apartment is cleaned every 2/3 days, including new bed linnen and towels! No bugs, really relaxed and a very nice pool with fresh water (not to much chemicals). Good WiFi in and outside of the building! Al the stuff you would wish for in a nice sunny and relaxing holiday!

After a marvelous welcom by Dimitry, we enjoyed the beautiful appartement for 1 week in october. Everything we needed was available in the apartment, things for the first breakfast and a cup of coffee.
The apartment has comfortable beds and
a nice balcony with a great view.
The apartment is just 15 minutes walking from the first restaurants of Kokkari and near the beautiful Lemonakia Beach. The pool is nice with good (cold) water from the mountains.
There are lots of hikes in the area and all over the island, lovely villages and good restaurants, all ingredients for a nice holiday.
We visited this beautiful villa in its second week of opening back in maybe June 2004? It was fabulous. Dimitri was the best host. The pool was just finished but looks marvellous now. I would so Love to revisit – in a heartbeat! So pleased to see how it has established. I recognise the apartment we stayed at n back then from these photos. One day maybe? X
This is a fantastic place to stay. The owner – Dimitris – is so freindly and helpful. He is very proud of his apartments and rightly so. He is very thoughtful and has even provided food for us when he knows our flights have been delayed or we have got back late from a day trip and missed one of his get togethers ( he does these on Sundays and leaving days). The location has fantastic views and with around 8 apartments not overcrowded when full. My family (me, wife and daughter) love it here. In the morning we jump out of bed, pull on our swimming costumes and dive into the pool before breakfast. There are plenty of supermarkets close by, especially if you have a hire car (even a Lidl) so self catering is not an issue. There is plenty of places to visit on the island and it produces its own wine – Samena and Golden Samena – which is excellent. I have visited Samos 3 times and stayed at these apartments. I have loved it every time. I will come back every year without hesitation. I love this place.
