Highlighted by Rkankc, the tomato balls served with dips were particularly well-received.

The Duality of Experience: Positives and Negatives

While many reviews celebrate the pleasant atmosphere and delicious offerings, not everyone shares the same sentiment. Katerina R pointed out that the perceived quality did not always meet expectations, suggesting that some dishes may be overpriced relative to their offerings. 1. We actually were just wandering around the labyrinth that is Pyrgos, and happened to walk past this great restaurant so decided to book a dinner here. We were not disappointed, had a terrific spot watching the sun go down, staff were so nice and helpful with making choices. Could have easily sat there all night drinking wine and snacking on meze.

  2. I choose this restaurant because the view of church. Foods are delicious but quite small portion when compared to price. We ate Penalope salad and Greek meatballs that so good but we waited for these simple 2 dishes for 1 hour. The owner gave us free orange and banana cakes for long waiting.

  3. Even though it’s a cosy place and the waiters are polite, the quality of the food is disappointing and not up to standard. The dishes we tried were overpriced for what they offered. There are much better choices in Pyrgos that offer better value for money. The food should be equivalent to the atmosphere.

  4. We had a late lunch at this cosy restaurant in Pyrgos. The tomato balls and meatball starters were flavourful and went very well with their respective dips. We also enjoyed the pork and beef mains.
