Nice beach, very quiet, with trees for shade. The only negative is the big stones that hurt your feet
ok
It has tamarind trees near the road. One of the few beaches where you can find shade in Kythira. Great beach near Agia Pelagia. It wasn’t very crowded, maybe because it doesn’t have a canteen or shops.
We went 2 times, one time we sat on the far right which was beautiful under the tamarisk trees, and the second time in the middle of the beach with an umbrella and it was ok, take water, food and have a good time!!
I always like this location. The reason is that it reminds me of something from the past. Time seems to have stopped in the eighties. It is such a simple place, it does not have the special traffic of the other villages of the island. The beach is unorganized, and large, it can hold a lot of people. It has natural shade under the tamarisk trees, some caves, but you can also bring your umbrella, to be even closer to the sea.
