Beautiful but not the easiest beach to reach. Definitely not for small children, since mostly rocks. Crystal clear waters. The road all the way to the small church, although dirt road, is OK for any car or scooter. There you have to park and go down the steps.
A beautiful 20 minute walk along the cliffs from Kastro. A lovely setting below the monastery. We had a steep climb down the stairs to the beach, and back up again afterwards. The beach itself was all rocks. We loved the beach, which was pretty and secluded. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. However, it took some nerve entering the water with the waves breaking over the rocks. The beach is not suitable for small children. It is worth taking beech shoes to help climb out over the rocks, and picking a day without too much swell.
Need to see this beach. Lot of stairs to reach it. But it’s beautiful one.
Beautiful beach, clearest water – just remember some shoes for the rocks
Amazing rocky spot surrounded by beautiful nature.
