A Beach Like No Other: Rock and Wave Harmony

Visitors often describe Paralia Kokkari as "very beautiful," with a delightful mixture of rocky landscapes and pebbly shores. The contrast between the rocky formations and the vibrant waves creates a picturesque setting. As B. Betancourt notes, the charm of the beach, especially when it’s windy, adds an exhilarating ambiance to the experience. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture these breathtaking views!

Perfect for Wave Lovers: Experience the Thrill

At Paralia Kokkari, the waves are a major attraction. As Katie Calderon expresses, there’s nothing quite like the sound of waves crashing against the shore, especially on a busy summer day. While the beach can get crowded during peak season, visiting in late May allows for a more tranquil experience that many tourists cherish. Prepare for some excitement, especially if you visit on a windy day!

All About Comfort: Clean and Cozy Sunbeds

One aspect that many visitors appreciate is the availability of sunbeds. Priced at 6-8 euros, these sunbeds come highly recommended for their cleanliness and comfort. B. Betancourt assures that paying for one is well worth it, especially after a long day of soaking up the sun and enjoying the beach’s stunning atmosphere.

A Pebble Beach With Surprises

Paralia Kokkari features a delightful pebble beach with patches of sand at the water’s edge. According to Robbie Rulez, the beach offers a perfect escape from the summer heat, making it an excellent choice for a summer vacation. It’s a unique beach experience that adds to the tranquility of the area.

One of the standout features of Paralia Kokkari is its ability to provide a peaceful environment, even during the hustle and bustle of summer. It’s a marvelous spot for those seeking a quiet retreat.

Sunbed Secrets: Get the Best Deals

When it comes to sunbed prices, it’s worth checking around for options that suit your budget best. As Katie Calderon points out, different sunbed providers can vary in pricing, so exploring the area first can lead to great finds. Enjoy your beach day while keeping your wallet happy!

Swim With Caution: Know Your Surroundings

For those eager to dive into the refreshing waters, keep in mind that the depth increases quickly after just a couple of meters. Bart de Hoog warns that while Paralia Kokkari is a beautiful beach, it’s vital to prioritize safety. This beach may not be suitable for young children or elderly visitors, so plan accordingly to ensure everyone’s enjoyment.

Embrace the Elements: Windy Adventures Await

Samos can be quite windy, especially at Paralia Kokkari. While this breeze can cool you down on sweltering summer days, it can also bring stronger waves. 1. Very beautiful beach, quite rocky, yes, but there’s a charm to it. Amazing waves (be prepared for this if the day is windy)!! The sunbeds have a price (I think it was 6-8 euros), though they’re very clean and honestly- it’s worth paying one.

  2. Prices for sun beds vary so check around for one to your liking. I loved that this beach had waves sounding on the shore when others were very quiet and protected. I’m sure it gets very busy in summer but a late May Sunday afternoon was divine a few others around and no crowding. Lovely pebble beach with a little sand at the waters edge!

  3. Nice beach. Not too crowded. Sunbeds are not too expensive. It’s a pebblebeach, but mainly there are small pebbles. Watershoes are quite usefull but not a must! The water runs deep after 2 meters, so not suitable for young kids or elderly people. In the water there are no rock plateaus etc. If the wind is north / northwest and 5 bft or stronger swimming can be dangerous and the wind cools down the temperature. Nice with 35 degrees, cold with 25 degrees ( mornings ). Still one of the best pebblebeaches from Samos
