Had a great holiday. Our room was plenty big enough with a super king size bed and 2 great pillows. The bathroom was functional but could have done with updated fittings. Plenty of hot water though. All the staff were great and couldn’t do enough for you. We went on half board but ate out a few times. The hotel food was ok but could be better. Generally, though, a good value holiday.
Staff at this hotel are magnificent so friendly.
Hotel is a very good 3 star clean and well equipped.
If you want a cheap stay on the beach and you don’t mind really terrible food and pretty poor customer service, then this hotel is OK.
The convenience of how close the hotel is to the beach and just a 30ish min walk into town is the best part about staying at this hotel.
Kos is so beautiful. it’s hard not to have a great time.
We had the most amazing food out and about. We used tripadvisor to help us pick, and it didn’t disappoint.
We also booked lots of things to do , Greek night is so much fun . A three island boat trip is a great way to spend a day.
Also water sports hub located 5 mins from the hotel.
We really enjoyed Food and mood which is less than 5 mins away for food and drinks and a fantastic view.
It probably is less than a 3 star hotel because the catering is so disappointing.

My recent stay at Palm Beach Hotel was nothing short of a disappointment. From the moment I arrived, the issues started piling up, leaving me with an incredibly negative impression.
The first red flag was the lack of English proficiency among the staff at the reception. Communication was a struggle from the beginning, setting the tone for a frustrating stay. When I requested new towels, the staff seemed perplexed and even attempted to search the room, including the bathroom while my girlfriend was in the shower – a major invasion of privacy.
The pool area was no better, with broken and dirty pool beds. The promise of changing towels every two days turned out to be an empty one, as the towels remained unchanged even on the second-to-last day of our stay. Similarly, the bed sheets were not replaced, indicating a disregard for basic hygiene and guest comfort.
The experience at the bar was equally disappointing, with a rude bartender who seemed disinterested in providing even basic customer service. Adding to the frustration, the fridge in our room was dysfunctional and dangerously plugged into a socket that was falling out of the wall. This resulted in items meant to be cold, like the water I purchased, turning out warm due to the faulty appliance.
Hygiene was a consistent issue throughout the stay. The table in our room was clearly not cleaned, as stains remained untouched. Furthermore, the daily cleaning routine was a major inconvenience. Cleaning staff would consistently wake us up at 8:30 AM, despite our clear desire for privacy and rest. Even when we were woken up by cleaning at such an early hour, the dead bolt lock failed to offer any security or privacy.
Breakfast was an absolute disaster, with an abundance of flies swarming the food, making the dining experience nauseating. The lack of proper hygiene standards was evident once again.
On top of all these issues, the receptionist’s response to my locked-out situation was baffling. Instead of promptly helping me get back into my room, I was scolded for leaving the air conditioning on. This lack of assistance and understanding was frustrating beyond belief.
Even simple matters like knowing the location of a nearby bus stop seemed to elude the reception staff, highlighting their lack of knowledge about the area and basic customer service.
In conclusion, my stay at palm beach hotel was marked by a series of disappointments, ranging from communication barriers and intrusive staff behavior to unsanitary conditions and subpar facilities. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your accommodation needs. It’s evident that the management lacks the dedication and commitment required to provide a satisfactory guest experience.
Our experience at Palm Beach Hotel was fantastic! We arrived late at night, and whilst we were checking in the staff plated us up some dinner to have by the pool after settling our bags into our room; this included some meats, cheeses, salad, and breads. Our room was bright and airy, had great air-conditioning, and had the option of being cleaned every day. After reading some reviews that mentioned the shower being small, we were a little worried, however the showers were absolutely fine.
We enjoyed a large variety of breakfasts every morning where we could choose between hot and cold foods. The restaurant manager even kept aside lactose-free milks and yogurts which was a huge plus!! There was an al a carte menu for lunches available which were good prices and very delicious, though we ended up picking up lunches whilst we were out and about most days. Every night there was a different themed dinners with lots to try! Cheese, meats, salads, and bread were consistent and very tasty, whilst the hot food had a massive variety where you could try bits of everything! This was absolutely great.
The hotel is in a good proximity to lots of activities, there is a quad bike/buggy rentals at the end of the road and lots of mini supermarkets nearby. Kos town was only a 20 min walk away, which was a lovely walk across the water the whole way, or the bus was just at the end of the road if you can catch it! There were many small beaches and lovely restaurants at the end of the road with sun beds etc, though if you didn’t want to leave the hotel they had absolutely everything you could want/need! There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the pool was cool and very clean, and the cocktails were some of our favourites.
Our flights got delayed by 24 hours, and the hotel staff were kind enough to let us keep our room and stay an extra night and have breakfast and dinner with them the next day.
Overall, the team at Palm Beach Hotel truly made us feel like we were part of the family, and worked hard to make us feel comfortable and supported during a stressful period where our flights were cancelled. We could not thank them any more for their hospitality and cannot wait to go back sometime in the future!
