We stay as a younger couple in this residence. We love it! Super friendly people. Delicious breakfast with something different every day such as a croissant, then a special cake or scrambled eggs! The location is great in 12 minutes you walk in Kokkari which is very picturesque. 7 min drive and you are at Navagos beach very beautiful and you have so many nice beaches nearby: Samos town is 12 min drive: There is so much fun in the area. It is very clean you better say super clean. Bed is made every day and cleaned up. The beds are amazing!!! Rooms are not big but what do you need? Expect less and you will never be disappointed!

Stayed here at the end of August. The hotel is in a great location, right across from their own private section of the beach, and walking distance from the nightlife of Kokkari. The rooms are bright and airy, and breakfast was always great. The best part of the hotel are the owners and staff. They are all very friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. They always made us feel like family. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.
Small hotel with an excellent location. 10 meters from the see and a 10 min walk to the centre of Kokkari. Rooms are good, with airco. Bathrooms are a bit small, but has everything you need for a stay at Kokkari. Breakfast is limited and the staff is super friendly.
