  1. Arrived early on Sunday morning, our room was ready, and left our luggages. The lady that welcomed us was really pleasant and gave us all details, about hotel entrance, our card key, breakfast hours and phone numbers to call in case we needed anything.
Returned to the room arround 2 o’clock but we didn’t stay long enough due to an issue with the toilet, that came up. We reported the issue and the lady gave us the option to upgrade us in different location close to first room, since the issue wasn’t going to be fixed soon.
New room was 4 minutes walking and with a view to the beautiful old harbour. We were completely satisfied, of how everyone dealed with the issue and with no hesitation. Both locations were pretty clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was served in a different location but really close to our staying, it had variety of things and it was excellent. We will certainly come back and recomend Elia Hotel Group.

  2. If you want something unique you should choose one of Elia hotels in Chania.
Every room is unique, we got our own balcony with chairs and sunbed. The bed had a soft madras with big and good pillows.
Breakfast had that little ekstra we all look for.

  3. We had arrived at the hotel after 11pm . Front door was shut . There was telephone number in case of emergency. We have called the number and somebody arrived after 10 min to check us in. If you planning to arrive late, make sure you can call to the given number .

Hotel had 3 floors. No lifts. We had only backpacks so we didnt mind going on 3rd floor. We were happy as it was very quiet. On a ground floor is breakfast going on so can be loud when is prepared and people are dinning from 7 am. If you would like to sleep longer , this might be a problem with rooms situated on the ground floor. Good breakfast options with fresh orange juice. We were happy with breakfast.
Hotel is located in place where you cannot park your car , the carpark is nearby . Hotel is located in very good location . You can reach venetian harbour in just max 5 min where is lots of restaurants , pubs , shops etc. Only few small grocery shops arround.

  4. The hotel is very nice, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and are cleaned every day. The hotel is located only 10 mins on foot from the bus station and just next to the waterfront in the old town. There are a lot of nice tavernas nearby and cute shops for souvenirs. The breakfast is also homemade and delicious. Recommend!

  5. The hotel’s location is perfect; situated in the old city, next to a free parking lot and at a relatively quiet area. There’s a great vegan restaurant next to the hotel. It’s a small homey hotel and the staff was just wonderful; informative, helpful and very welcoming.
