A very enjoyable holiday. Spacious and clean rooms, tasty food, good drinks, friendly staff. The hotel is located on a large area, so despite the peak season it was not crowded and it was always possible to find free sunbeds by the beach (although some people block them with a towel in the morning and go to breakfast…). A small downside was the coffee at breakfast which was mediocre, fortunately from 10:00 you can order a good cappucino by the beach as part of the all-inclusive menu.

The service level is outstanding and all the employees have been always helpful and at least, friendly! Even the kitchen staff in the main restaurant have been accommodating all our needs…!

The organization of the events has been also a positive surprise to us but not surprising anymore when we got introduced to the Event Manager, Maria! A very competent and „always there“ team member of the hotel.

Really nice hotel with a good layout and large range of rooms and restaurants on site, as well as a shop. Lots of different pools and well set up for kids. Steriliser can be hired from reception for baby bottles if needed, and rooms have air con.

A resort mainly aimed at the French market. Great food and good pools. Excellent for children. On the south coast of Crete, so about an hour and a half from the airport. There is a shingle beach but great sea swimming. Water sports are available as well as pool exercise and other sports. Good selection of restaurants, including buffet and al a carte. Good bars. There is an adults only area. Rooms are ok, but the one we had was starting to look dated. But it was clean and had good air con. Was well cleaned each day. Overall, this is a 4 star/good 3 star hotel.
