  1. We booked this hotel last year for 5 people. When we arrived at 8pm it was a building site! Not even open! Our transfer dropped us off and left us stranded. They didn’t bother to let anyone know they were closed. We couldn’t get through to them on the phone. They even sent us confirmation that it was still all going ahead 1 week before our holiday. We booked with Thomas cook so I would not recommend this hotel or travel company to anyone! STAY CLEAR

  2. This is a lovely intimate Hotel in a beautifully quiet location.
The beach is gorgeous and only a ten minute walk as is the town centre of Faliraki with its shops, bars and restaurants.
The rooms are of a generous size with plenty of storage and air conditioning. Cleaners go in every day to make beds, clean and refresh towels.
The food was lovely with a great choice of different dishes on a daily basis.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Stefania was especially helpful and so friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble and as she is so good at speaking English, she was able to answer lots of questions about the local area which was great.
The reception staff were also very helpful.
We would definitely like to go back here for a holiday.
    Beautiful ❤️

  3. Location is close to beach and buses, was clean and staff friendly however the food was a big let down, out of 10 dishes about 1 was adequate (the pancakes and croissants at breakfast) Dinners were worse as spaghetti bolognaise tasted like it had cinnamon in it and there were no safe foods like chips or bread rolls. Soup was tasty though. Also there was a wild goat roaming around the hotel at night which almost gave us a heart attack. Lights don’t switch on till complete darkness so for 30 mins each evening parts of the hotel are in pitch black making it quite scary to get around. Pool area was pretty with nice Mountain View’s and room was clean and modern although the shower leakage was a problem (whole bathroom would be soaked).

  4. Other reviews on here are harsh. Food is lovely, so are the staff, service is great; they take your plate away as soon as you’ve finished. Rooms are nice, but old fashioned but considering the price they’re amazing. It’s a 15 min walk from the centre, pool is gorgeous. Defo recommend

  5. Worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Like sleeping on a sun lounger. My sons room had a view outside of the lift, In an internal corridor, not a frosted window just curtains that you had to keep shut. Everything else about the hotel was brilliant especially the really lovely staff, couldn’t be more helpful.
