The hospitality and warm welcome of the owners made us feel immediately “at home” in this beautiful cottage.
The couple did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible (wine, beer, water, eggs,… in the refrigerator; sweets for breakfast; a nice chat;….).
The house is situated on a hill overlooking the sea. A very quiet environment among olive trees.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is small but functional with a good shower and a washing machine.
The terrace is a pleasant place to stay with a view of the sea. There are sun beds and recliners with cushions.
And there is a “private” beach that you can reach in 15 minutes through a path.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area (we recommend: Akrogiali in Balos and Bella Vista in Pefkos Beach) and shops (in Ormos).
A car is necessary as there is nothing within walking distance. It is not necessary to have a 4wd but once you leave the main road it is still a five minute drive over a sometimes bumpy road.
We had a wonderful holiday here, thanks again to the owners for the enormous hospitality, the many hints and delicious delicacies.
