The room is quiet and has a lovely large balcony. The room/sleeping area is tight. Shower drainage is not great. Beds aren’t comfortable. Location is super close to the beach, to the bus stop, and to many restaurants. The hotel is not busy, so no disturbances with noise. I found this place via Airbnb.
Very clean rooms, nice space on the entrance to room. Perfect for morning coffee to welcome new day. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you Sara (receptionist) for all your support and advises. I was travel solo so it was very helpfull to get all informations from her to enjoy my stay. It was unforgettable experiance.

It is a good spot next to the sea, the room is very nice and they smell of Orea and it is worth visiting and the owner is very kind

– 30 meters walk from Perissa Beach
– Quad rental store right opposite
– Bus stop right in front of the hotel
– Pleasant staff
Negative points :
– Hotel difficult to find on Maps
– Water leak behind the toilet, our bathroom was soaked because there was no carpet.
– Water leak from the shower head and no shower curtain, so our bathroom was even more wet.
– Most evenings, no hot water for the shower..
– Power cut during our stay, so fridge and freezer defrosted and our food passed away..
– Very dirty bottom of toilet.
– Rust on all the piping.
– Our room was located right in front of the reception so it was super noisy until 1am because the receptionist was watching videos with the sound on loud! And people are talking super loud right outside our window. Also we couldn’t leave our curtain open because as soon as someone went to reception they would look into our room.
– Very hard mattress
– Receptionist’s dog who kept howling throughout our stay
– Woke up early every morning because of a lot of noise at reception and vacuum cleaner running
– Very thin walls, you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and even more what happens at the reception…
– Bathroom door does not close completely and remains ajar and therefore cannot be locked or locked.
– You don’t have to be very tall because the beds are quite small in length (I’m 1m63 and I touched the end of the bed).
– Dust on the furniture despite the fact that the lady who does the cleaning comes by almost every day
So the only advantage is the location.
This hotel is not worth the price at all given the services offered.
