Friends living in Heraklion booked a 3 night stay at this quaint hotel for us. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel was clean, quiet, modern and very comfortable. We were well rested and refreshed each day leaving us with plenty of energy to enjoy touring the area each day.
I stayed there last year with one friend and still look back to my stay in this hotel. Very clean, close to everything but in the calm street with the market downstairs on the weekend. Super friendly staff. Everything was amazing. I loved it and would love to stay there again once I am back to Chania.
By far the best option if you decide to stay in the city centre. Very spacious rooms, comfortable enough even for 3 adults. Also, extremely clean. Price is very reasonable for what is offered. Location is right next to all the places of interest in Chania, but not very noisy. Lastly, mr. Manolis, the owner, is very polite, helpful and pleasant.
Loved staying at the Notus hotel for our recent holiday. We stayed in the top floor sea view room which has a huge balcony.
Manolis was fabulous in providing very helpful information on beaches, restaurants, shopping, transport and anything else we needed.
The hotel in a very good location and less than 5 minute walk to the Vatican harbour, the centre of town, shopping, lots of restaurants, and bars and clubs, but in a quiet street so it was never noisy.
The rooms were very clean, secure and spacious.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if back in Crete.
Notus is a fabulous place to stay – loved our 1 week stay here.
We stayed in one of the apartments on the first floor at the front overlooking the street and a sea-view to the side. Great apartment, that was clean and light and bright. It had everything we needed. Regular cleaning of the apartment and changing of the linens was great, and it always smelt really nice too.
Location is perfect in the old town and within easy reach of everything in the town. There is free parking on the street and we never had a problem parking nearby (but you need to move your car on a Friday night as there is a street market on a Saturday). The market starts around 6am although didn’t wake us up.
The owner/host is wonderful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.
Thoroughly recommend and if we come back to Chania we will absolutely come back to stay.
