Our room boasted a private hammam and a terrace, offering the ultimate in relaxation and a luxurious escape. This thoughtful design element truly elevated our stay. Neratze provides the perfect ambiance any time of year.
Just an amazing stay at this by far best hotel in Rethmyon. The service was lovely and guided us to the best resturants and so on. We got upgraded to the king suit. And it had a verry classic clean interior inspired from the agient greece and turkish designs. The suit had perfect beds and extremly clean of course. The location is absolut the best in the middle of old town but also in a calm aley. Will most defenet come back!
We had a 10 days bike trip and we stayed the first ad the last night. Before booking I had a call with the staff who provided all the info we neded. Room, in the center of Rethymno old city, is perfect, not big but provided of all you need. Staff super great, Janis and Sarah made us feel at home. Grazie!
The place was worth the money, the rooms were nice. The towels wasn’t exactly the cleanest but we brought our own towels anyway. And the shower wasn’t warm and when turning on the shower the place can flood easily.
The receptionist and cleaner were nice and helpful when needed. The rooms were cosy were spacious even though it was small we could move around abit.
Overall suggestions:
– inspect that the towels are clean
– make sure the boiler is working
– find a way to change the primary overflow (lower drain) in the shower so that more water can flow faster and avoid floods in the bathroom.
Welcoming and luxury experience in the old town of Rethymno! We got a suite upgrade! Friendly and polite hostess! The room was clean and the linen and the cutlery were quite impressive and not like the ones usually provided in this category of accommodation! Highly recommended! Will be visiting again!
