We had an amazing experience here. The room was huge with 2 porches. The staff are wonderful and super helpful. The pool is incredible and the food is amazing both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is located in a quiet town 20 minutes from the Heraklion airport. The whole experience was super relaxing and positive. The hotel is very clean we will definitely be back.
Great hotel, food was lovely if you pay for all inclusive the drinks selection is great premium spirits and great service.
The only issue I had is with the room, when the sun rose the black out curtains didn’t come all the way across the window.
But aside from that I loved my stay I would definitely stay again
Spent 9 days staying at Nema and I could not find one fault! The reception staff were attentive as soon as we arrived. Our room was beautiful with the private pool and the maids cleaned our rooms and topped up all amenities. The food for breakfast and dinner is above expectation of buffet style. Everything was hot and nothing was below par. All needs were met and the staff were extremely helpful, it was my boyfriends birthday and the reception team was able to help me by putting balloons in the room and kept it a surprise for him!
A special thank you to Rasti and Soumaya for making our holiday a little bit more special. Both were so friendly to everyone and always smiling! Thank you for everything!
Outstanding food, fantastic staff: everyone but special mention has to be made for Rasti, entertaining and without whom things feel less jovial, ably supported by his staff, Marianthi and other and overseen by their manager (whose name I’ve forgotten, sorry). Paris, the incomparable barman and cocktail supremo, tastes the like of which we’ve never experienced before ably supported by Kallia and others but wonderful friendly, helpful, first class service from Soumaya: never experienced such joyous, smiling, helpful service: what an angel!
Odysseas: lovely guy and so helpful with excellent English. Only slight downside was nothing to do with the hotel but the local pumping station was odorous at times. Note to management: look after these staff members, they sell your hotel better than anything: worth their weight in gold (and I have managed and directed several companies in the UK).
We will definitely be back next year, finances permitting 😁.
Hands down the best hotel choice you could make, the staff are amazing and facilities are incredible. I proposed the my girlfriend and they made it the best experience we could of hoped for, Loanne (manager) was so helpful when it came to arranging everything and pulled out all the stops. Paris the bartender at the Bliss restaurant is a cocktail god! I cannot give the staff enough praise (thank you sumi). Nema is definitely on my repeat list of holiday destinations.
