We arrived at Nefeli after a late-night last-minute booking, after we had issues with our original accommodation. The owner of Nefeli waited until past 10pm to welcome us, took the time to show us the apartment and even checked in with us the next morning. We felt truly cared for.
The apartment was fantastic! The bed was super comfy, the bathroom spacious and spotless and the kitchen seemed perfectly fit to cook yourself. We would have stayed longer, if there would have been a free room.
The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach! The bus stop to other beaches is like 2 Minutes walking. Really convenient.

Nefeli is placed in an excellent location, just next to the beach and all the amenities, but extremely quite at the same time. So you can park your car in the private parking and forget it there, which helps a lot because the village in August is quite busy.
The apartment where we stayed was beautiful, new, comfortable, cosy and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a washing machine.
The bathroom is quite tiny.
The space outdoor is partially shared with some other apartments, so it’s not entirely private, but you still can have your privacy and it is very nice and relaxing.
The owners are very kind and available.
Last but not least, good value for money.

Absolutely stunning studios! I stayed here a full week mid September and was struck by the beautiful Cycladic interior style. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities one can ask for. Katerina the host was extremely welcoming and even kindly accepted to do a laundry for me. I highly recommend as it is also perfectly located nearby all the beautiful restaurants and bars.

They have a very bad client service. All they want to get your money. They don’t tolerate any human mistake. The human mistake is I booked a wrong date on a non-refundable room 2 months before the arrival. The mistake is realized in 3 minutes after it is made. Don’t trust what the owner responded, I have booked a night via Agoda not booking. When we have problem with them, even agoda couldn’t do anything with them. Very sad for them to loose dignity just for money. We have tried to negotiate with them both privately and by Agoda. The just don’t want to solve it at all.
Per Agoda said, there is no booking/ Agoda policy, it is all owner’s choice. In the situation I faced with, the owner should refund me in most cases, and they encourage them do so.
It is moral to ask people who would stay in the nigth to note; on the contray, it is immoral to leave 5-star comment by the owner.
