  1. Why is this hotel trying to block a public beach? Lia beach is definitely public, and yet this hotel seems to be trying to stop public access.

We saw other pedestrians confidently walk around the gate and so did the same…… it’s a beautiful beach and definitely worth the walk down. Don’t let the hotel gate deter you!

  2. I stayed in this “hotel” for 5 days. The experience is overall negative as it is first and foremost very expensive for the amenities offered.

Secondly, it is falsely advertising relaxed nights in the hotel’s garden, with ambient lights, supposedly offering a pleasant atmosphere. This was misleading as the reception and “bar” closed at 6pm and virtually there was no person in sight should a resident need something after 6pm. There was no bar it was a kitchen serving breakfast and lunch.

The stuff while polite was widely inexperienced, which is not in line with the hotel’s star rating.

The breakfast is underwhelming for the price, very limiting, with very little variety. An example, 2 other residents brought their own yogurts and other breakfast options from the supermarket. Further the website advertises eco living with local produce etc. None of the breakfast goods was handmade, as the lady in the reception claimed, the only potential local produce was two types of fruits.

The room was also underwhelming, I paid a sea view room, which did not have a sea view almost at all, it was garden view with a huge tree covering the view of the sea. Room service were forgetful to leave glasses, mugs, even bottles of water, I had to remind them every morning.

In general, this place is not a hotel per se, the only thing resembling a hotel experience is the breakfast, perhaps the room service. It further appears severely understaffed, as 3 people are serving breakfast, take care of things around the property and handle room service.

If you are after a secluded and more laid back holiday experience, it is preferable to go camping rather than choose this hotel. It is not value for money at all.

  3. Spent some time with family and friends there. Nature Eco Living is a sanctuary, the best place to spend quality time with your loved ones, away from the city hustle. The friendliest staff and a lovely beach only a few steps away.

  4. My partner booked a room for six Days in this resort(?) many months ago, a garden view room that we checked on their website.

Not many days ago I asked M*ariaVrett*ou how to reach the hotel but she never answered my question and when I arrived at the hotel I understood the reason: Dirt road (not lit in the evening) and a lot of dust in your eyes if you Reach by motorbike..

On the first day they make us sleep in a room that has no photos on the site: a small room where in the rusty tin sink we find strangers’ hair and during the night numerous insects rain on our heads.

no response to our email accompanied by photos from Maria.

(we took a lot of photos of this hotel It’s not good, I won’t publish them so as not to aggravate the situation.)

so we complained a lot to the guys who work inside and they contacted the manager who changed our room to a slightly better one, where the cleanliness was still precarious because the resort is managed by only two People who do everything breakfast lunch and cleaning. the two boys are excellent, but they need help.

We paid 325 euros for night.

When someone below replies: thanks for the advice that will help us improve don’t believe them, they know well how to treat customers since they own another resort on the island which is doing very well compared to this one, (coco-mat) probably they want to earn as much as possible from this.
