Food in the restaurant is nothing special and usually the same every day. It’s quality also is low. Live kitchen is dirty.
Location is very convenient close to kos city by bus.
Some attractions every evening would make a stay much fun and enjoyable.
From the very first moment we stepped into this place, customer service was world class. Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, she arranged our room immediately, even though we came much before 15:00. We were served ice cold welcoming drinks, after an early flight + bus ride to the hotel. A helpful young man was bringing us to the room, carried our luggage, showed us around and told us how the safety box worked.
Food is good, you will find something for everybody, everything is fresh and tastes good. If you stay for a week, you will probably have everything between really good seafood to Gyros and roast beef. Dessert table delivers every night. Restaurant staff is amazing, friendly, and they do everything to make you feel good. The main chef is most likely going to put a smile on your face every evening, even so the old gentleman. Amazing people! All the waitresses are also superb, and will keep your table clean and fresh all the time.
The main pool area is really nice, friendly staff at the pool bar, never tired of serving those dozens of ice creams my kids had, or the beers I had. Always had a smile on their face. The beach area is really wow, I never experienced a shingle beach before, so untouched, so unique, beautiful nature.

Our week-long stay at the hotel left much to be desired. Our decision not to rent a car from the airport proved to be a mistake, as there were no amenities within walking distance of the hotel.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted with unappetizing stale toast and other uneatable items. Despite booking a room with a garden view, we were disappointed to find our balcony overlooked other room’s toilet windows, making it far from enjoyable. Our ground-floor room had a broken door net, and the air conditioning was ineffective, even when set to a chilly 16 degrees with the fan on full blast. Regrettably, our requests for assistance were met with unhelpful responses and a steadfast refusal to change rooms, and not in nice way.
Service at the main restaurant and pool bar was severely lacking, and it’s important to note that the pool/beach bar closed as early as 6 pm.
Our experience with breakfast and dinner was equally disappointing, with cafeteria-like food that was overly greasy. Adding to our dismay, the “home” wine and gin & tonic were among the worst we’ve ever encountered.
I have to say, this so-called 5-star hotel is a real head-scratcher. The service here is just bad; you won’t find a smile or a warm greeting anywhere. The food is honestly terrible, and the entire place desperately needs a makeover. Everything feels ancient and worn out. Even the beach leaves a lot to be desired, and there are just so many issues I could complain about.
But the icing on the cake happened in the middle of our stay. It was around 11:30 pm, and my partner and I were getting ready to sleep when there was a knock on our door. Since we were already in bed and couldn’t answer right away, the person on the other side tried to use a master key to get in. They claimed it was to check our AC because of a complaint we’d made four days earlier. We were absolutely shocked and angry, and we firmly told them to leave immediately. It was such an invasive and unsettling experience.
A wonderful hotel located in a superb location. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff is professional, and what’s more important, they make you feel at home. They are very caring and professional, taking care of everyone. Especially the fantastic bartenders, lifeguard, chef, the main bar manager, and Musarat, the kindest and best person I could have met on vacation. Each of the mentioned individuals will ask how you’re feeling professionally and with love, and take proper care of you. I plan to return in a year.
I spent a wonderful week at the hotel. The room is clean, as well as the entire area of the hotel. The staff is professional. I had a problem with the door closing and it was fixed immediately. You will always find a free sunbed by the pool and on the beach. There is a pool bar between the pool and the beach. It offers soft drinks, wine, beer, coffee, cocktails, ice cream and snacks. The food was delicious. Breakfast: fruit, vegetables, sweet pastries, fresh waffles and pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, french toast. Lunch and dinner: vegetables, salads, feta cheese, tzatziki, several types of meat (grilled, baked, stewed), fish, grilled vegetables, delicious desserts and fruit. There was also a dinner with seafood – fish, shrimp, calamari, mussels. There are no shops, restaurants or tavernas near the hotel. No evening walks. But there is a bus stop at the hotel, you can get to the Kos city for 2 euros in 10 minutes. The bus runs from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect hotel for you.
