  1. The hotel has potential, but needs a better manager. Staff is helpful when they are around. First night we have a problem with the WC, but it is was quickly solved. The second day we could not use the pool, because there were lot of electrical wires in the pool and work being done. Believing it couldn’t get worse, there was only one shower towel in the bedroom and nobody around to provide an extra towel. Also we did not receive pool towels. Last but least the hotel is not cheap, but the treatment it provides certainly is.

  2. Dirty, smelly rooms. The garden is dirty. The owner is aggressive, unpleasant person, unfriendly. The owner Criton Tzavellas employs staff illegally. The staff is not paid! Everyone avoid this place!

  3. My husband, friend and I had an amazing experience here. The staff was very welcoming, our suite was beautiful, breakfast was delicious (so much food), and the pool and view are breathtaking. Ari, the manager, was amazing. From the moment we arrived to when we left, his hospitality was true of the sincere accommodating spirit of the Greek people. The pool and bar service was first class. Whatever we needed was provided. It is outside Naoussa, so not within walking distance to Naoussa but the view is stunning. Very tranquil place but only downside was the road to resort was a gravel road with lots of ruts so just need to take it slow. Would highly recommend this place. I’ll go back if I ever make it back to Greece.

  4. First let me say the hotel staff was very polite and a pleasure to deal with however the property is way overpriced and ran down. At first look online the resort is modern, clean and very put together. We chose this resort to wind down the last 5 days of our 18 day island hopping. When we arrived it looked ran down from lack of proper maintenance and there was no staff to be found. Shudders on many windows were hanging and clanging from only one hing. The garden was toast and the yards were over ran with weeds. The pools had green and dirt in all the corners. We finally got help from the pool bartender and were able to get in our room. Inside our suite it was perfect and everything worked as is should and we were very comfortable the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was nice and the manager was accommodating. You will definitely want to rent a car or ATV for the drive on the dirt road. A motorcycle would make it ok but it would be very bumpy. Overall I would say the resort exterior needs a lot of regular TLC post pandemic to bring it back up to price they are asking.

  5. BEWARE!!! The first thing when I got there and could not flush the toilet in the room, the manager call the owner who said in Greece, if we do not like it we can go somewhere ELSE, THIS IS AFTER WE ALREADY PREPAID FOR THE ROOM ONLINE!!!! When we insisted on upgrading to a better room he insisted on 200 euro cash for the difference.

    $1200 for 4 nights.
The last 2 nights of 4, we stayed there, the electricity went out in the room we were staying in at 11 and 11:30 p.m. disaffected our neighbors who went and complained to the manager who turn the electricity back on.

Other than that they keep the grounds well and besides the borderline bad attitude of the staff the rooms were not bad EXCEPT the ceiling fan did not work and we had to insist on a second key so we could keep the electricity on AND the fridge on, that we had stocked with food and got one AFTER some of our meat, milk and ice cream soiled!!!

INCONVENIENCE AND DUSTY LOCATION… Unless you plan to rent a car to get around you’ll be overcharged for every taxi ride you take. Make sure you get zero deductible insurance covers on the car too.
