An amazing restaurant with amazing people!
During our holiday on Samos we ate a few times at Mylos. The people are very kind, the service is great and the food tastes and looks delicious.
There is a wide variety of dishes and most of the vegetables are homegrown.
We would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant. Even the view is amazing! 🙂
Beautiful place with delicous food and great view. One of the best places to have fresh sea food in the entire island. We tried octopus and grilled squid, both were excellent. Would definitely go again.
We visited Mylos restaurant earlier today (for the first time). I had the lamb (Arní / Αρνί), cooked in the oven, with potatoes and it was amazing as it had some smoke-taste in it. Melitzánosalata / μελιτζανοσαλάτα (aubergine salat) is also nice, as the eggplant was cooked from the oven as well before mashing it with the other ingredients. Σαγανάκι τυρί με μαρμελάδα καρότου (Saganaki cheese with carrot marmalade), a side dish we had that was interesting and really fun to eat. Χοιρινό κότσι (Pork shank), cooked in the oven which my husband took was also fantastic. We had the clean and clear white wine, Πλατανιώτικο κρασί / Plataniótiko krasí (from the Platanos village) and it’s a must try! They serve tap water, otherwise you can always take the bottled water, whichever you prefer. In overall, great food with amazing view. We’ll surely come back and try some more dishes 😃
This is the utmost best taverna on the Island of Samos. Freshest food, vegetables from the own garden and meat from local farmers. If you want to taste best greek food you have to visit Mylos Taverna in Balos Beach. Our favourite (even it’s hard to decide) is Kalamari (grilled od fried) with Beetroots, green beans, fresh Okra and warm baked Pita bread. 👌❤👍🏻
Very nice place with a beautiful view and great food. When we arrived there weren’t any free tables, but the owner created an extra space for us. Prices are good, we paid less then €30,- for three starters, two main courses and some drinks. After the main course we got free pieces of melon, which the owner grew himself.
