The hotel is amazing! Great location as it’s quite private. Super close to a few beach clubs. The service was too good and the staff is even better.
Had great help from Yiannis as he was always there to help us out with literally every single thing. He made sure that everything went smooth. Also George is the best Barman – he has a very lively personality and of course a man with great knowledge about the drinks.
Definitely recommended!!!
After just returning from a 6 night stay at Mykonos Flow, we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. As a newly built hotel, we were a little skeptical ahead of our stay – but all worries were immediately resolved when we were shown our room. Large, spacious, modern and with a gorgeous jetted tub with sea views, the room provided a tranquil hub away from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and served on the balcony – although the option to eat at the restaurant was also there. Lots of the rooms had private pools, but there was a large infinity pool also available to all guests. Only slight caveat was that our jetted tub did run slightly cold – although once heated up by the afternoon sun and fuelled by a few cocky Ts, this was no longer a problem!
A lovely new hotel, with super team. The setting is sensational, with views over the bay and only 5 mins walk to the beach, Thalas restaurant & Jacky O’s.
The reception team were super friendly and went out of their way to help. The bar manager George is great and very friendly.
A few suggestions would include a few more veggie options on the all day food menu , and a sun cover for the west-side of the bar.
Perfect!
I recently stayed at Mykonos Flow at the end of June, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows.
The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, it offers breathtaking views of the Super Paradise Beach bay. It is 10 minute distance by car (beware you will need a car to move around) from central Mykonos. The architecture and design of the hotel are modern and elegant. Every corner of the property is Instagram-worthy, with beautifully designed rooms and common areas.
However, the service did not match the beauty of the place. The staff, although friendly, seemed inadequately trained for a hotel of this caliber. There were several instances where requests were either misunderstood or took an unusually long time to be fulfilled, or even not fulfilled until multiple requests. And this even when directly forwarded to the hotel manager. This minus was for us a significant drawback and impacted the overall experience. We had payed around 300 euro/night to sleep at this property. I guess if we had payed like many others 600 to 1000 per night we would be way more upset.
Further, despite being a new establishment, the hotel showed signs of poor maintenance. Minor issues, such as malfunctioning lights, doors not closing, and leaky faucets, were prevalent. It was surprising to see such neglect in a relatively new property, indicating a need for better upkeep and attention to detail.
Last but not least, breakfast service was somewhat unclear and repetitive. Only a-la-carte options were available (apparently without a written menu) and the offer wasn’t much what you would expect from a 5* property.
To sum up, while Mykonos flow excels in location and aesthetics, the lack of well-trained staff and proper maintenance are areas that need serious improvement. With some focused effort on these fronts, this hotel has the potential to offer an exceptional experience. For now, it remains a visually appealing but somewhat “flawed” choice for a stay in Mykonos.
