The pool bar at Dove Hotel was truly a standout feature. The bartenders were not only incredibly friendly but also highly skilled in their craft. They effortlessly whipped up refreshing cocktails that perfectly complemented the sunny atmosphere. Sipping on these delightful drinks by the pool created an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment.

Stayed 5 nights for our honeymoon in the deep dream suite. The room was incredible. Spectacular views and couldn’t ask for a better room to relax in for our honeymoon. This hotel is amazing but the staff made it speechless. We were first greeted by Hisham and instantly felt welcomed. He always greeted us with a big smile and never allowed us to lift a finger. He is the definition of perfect customer service!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Families, couples, solo. It will meet all your needs and more.

My fiancé and I stayed after a friends wedding and left sick and stunned that this kind of blatant false advertising could exist!
The staff was nice and location was good, the only positive things I can say…
That is completely negated when the room is covered in mold, flies come buzzing out of the vanity trough drain and the entire exterior smelled of open sewer and the interior of the room smelled dank and putrid.
We left after two nights of a four night stay because the room was completely moldy. The manager offered us a “upgrade” which was the room above us and reeked of cigarettes. We asked if it was a smoking room which he said “we have no smoking rooms”, left and returned to douse us and the room in air freshener and said “now it’s fine”.
No refund, completely unwilling to hear our complaints and have now see looking at reviews we are not the first ones to have an experience like this.
We left coughing and chocking because of the mold and flies. For the remaining week of our vacation we were sick. Absolutely horrible experience that left us shocked this kind of place exists and continues to operate. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business.
The shower is not separated by any wall, just half glass and the shower pan is not sloped properly resulting in puddles that remain days after showers. No exhaust fan and poor ventilation and VOILA, mold everywhere under your feet in the shower. Mold on the AC soffit so when you run AC, you are blasting the room with spores.

Checked into this hotel and had a page in my PASSPORT RIPPED OUT, if you are a tourist and want a holiday with no headaches, DO NOT, stay at this hotel as they will guarantee you do not enjoy your stay and ruin your entire holiday. I had the floor manager rip a page out of my passport when scanning it. Causing the biggest headache for me and my partner on our supposed holiday. Having to leave Mykonos 3 days early to catch a 5 hour boat ride to Athens so that I could get an emergency passport from the consulate. This was not done in time for my next flights to Turkey, holding an emergency passport also meant I was unable to fly home to Sydney with my original flights and stay in Dubai for business for a week as paid for and planned.
I have lost over $20K in additional and unnecessary costs (continuing to pay for my accommodation at this hotel even though I was in Athens due to their negligence, paying for new accommodation in Athens, rebooking and paying for new flights and accomodation and visa for Turkey as I couldn’t go there due to my torn passport as well as not being able to go to Dubai for business (You can’t travel there with an emergency passport) losing my pre paid accomodation and flights there and back to Sydney. As well as rebooking and paying for new flights to Sydney not to mention all of the fees incurred from cabs to and from the consulates) due to their negligence and only received $200 euro for the boat ride to Athens out of the floor managers pocket. This is an absolute joke of a hotel and the owners are far too inadequate to run a business that it really is laughable. They have no longer replied to my messages and have not done anything to help the situation that they have put me in. I genuinely do not have any words. Do not go anywhere near this joke of a hotel.
Great location but CHECK YOUR BILL as we were charged extra for drinks we didn’t have. They intentionally added on extra drinks on the bill to make up for tips they wrongly assumed “brits” wouldn’t pay. Valsikla (a waitress at the bar) purposely charged us extra for tips on our card in a cunning and conning way when we wanted to pay tips by cash. Check your bill throughly and pay tips on what is deserved not demanded.
