A group of 16 of us have just returned from our trip. The hotel is very good value for money. The lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and had a wealth of helpful knowledge!

Hotel is very clean and captures the blue and white theme of Greece. Rooms are spacious and clean and also consist of a small kitchen area and utensils. Pool area is very clean and we enjoyed spending our time there. Hotel staff is very helpful. When we checked in, the receptionist guided us how to plan our Mykonkos tour, so five stars to them. Parking area is very big and didn’t face any problem in parking our car. Overall a very nice experience.
The information in google and Agoda is not accurate. They do not provide breakfast anymore and the front desk is not 24 hours.
It is not a traditional hotel where you can call the front desk and request what you need, such as an iron, and a staff would bring it to you. You will need to go to the front desk and take it yourself.
The hotel were beautiful and new as the pictures were shown online. It was well cleaned everyday. The room has a nice pool view. I had the best shower in my whole trip. The water pressure and the temperature are just right. The staff is nice and welcoming.
You may want to consider another hotel when you are not planning to rent a car. The hotel is far from the old port and new port. The public transportation in mykonos is extremely inconvenient, especially in the low season, while the buses only comes 3-4 times a day. The buses may not arrive on time or missed a station cause they don’t see you, then you need to wait a few hours more. Calling a taxi from the hotel to the old port is about 25+5 euros. Taking taxi from the taxi station in the old port to the hotel is 25 euros.
I requested a cancellation few hours after booked, yet the hotel denied the request. I understand it is their right, but I would like to remind you not to repeat my mistakes. It takes 15-20 mins drive to the old port, also there are not many restaurants nearby.
Came as a couple for 2 days. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Luke and Anna-Maria were excellent. They were so accommodating to the point where they came early to make us breakfast so we were able to eat before our early ferry. Definitely would stay here again as it is clear they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their guests are content and share the same passion they have for this beautiful island.
