From the beginning we arrived we were treated with the most respect and consideration. The restaurant was so delicious and natural. Breakfast buffet sème full service dinner was so accommodating. We went to the beach hotel nearby and it was so amazing. I definitely would come back. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.
This hotel was incredible from start to finish. We had the best room in the hotel with our own private pool overlooking a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. Check in was easy and Elanis provided a great tour of the propery. Dinner in the hotel was magnificent and the view was stunning. Maria was our server she was lovely along with a great guy who was with her every day I forgot his name but he was so happy all the time! The bartender Antonis makes creative and delicious cocktails wonderful mixology. The spa was excellent we did the thellasio water treatments and I had a package service with Gloria it was so good. I cannot say enough about this property I cried when I arrived because of the beauty and also when I left it was sad to say goodbye to such a fabulous experience. Room 815 was perfect. Nearby Nikos Gallop restaurant walking distance was perfect also.
It was a great experience, especially because everyone working at the hotel is having a great attitude and eager to help. It seem that management is doing a great job. We got some problems, but they didn’t hesitate to fix them. We definitely recommend this Hotel. BTW thanks Tizi for the great hospitality.
Great hotel with amazing location close to the beach. The hotel transfers went seamlessly with the driver waiting at the port. Elina (unsure of spelling) was great and kind, she toured me around the hotel and my room – the front reception in general were very attentive and helpful in every way. The room was impeccably clean with the best pillows and linens – always had a comfortable sleep every night. The only hiccup was the dinner at the restaurant, Efisia – ordered the oxtail (it was a little tough and un flavorful, photo added for reference), they also forgot to bring out my red wine that I ordered. As a solo traveler I felt quite unattended too. However, the breakfast buffet made up for my subpar dinner experience. The spread was amazing with eggs to order. The breakfast staff were also great – very friendly, attentive, and kept the coffee (and fresh OJ) flowing! Overall, a great FHR stay. Would come back again (but def will have dinner at restaurants nearby instead).
Loved this hotel. 5 star experience. Clean. Great amenities. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had in my life. The ambience and aesthetic are lovely. They let me check in early and upgraded me to a jacuzzi room. I have no complaints about this hotel. I did a massage in the spa which was very relaxing. Hotel helped arrange transfers when I needed it and even met me park the rented car. Everyone made me feel so nice. Did I say how clean it was! Would def return here.
