This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It should have 5*. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling, they are so careful to your needs. The cleanliness is top notch and the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, fresh orange juice and so many delicious Greek treats. It is simply the best possible experience! Great location for a hotel in Chania if you want to be walking distance from all the busy small streets but still be quiet area. The staff was very nice with their recommendation. They recommended the best meal we had in all of our island trip. They even provided us with beach towels when asked before visiting far beaches. Rooms had very large balcony that you can chill at.
Hotel was modern & clean. Location is really good next to the city centre. Room was a bit small but thats not a problem. Breakfast was nice !!!

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful stuff and very kind. Although the hotel does not support free parking you can park on the surrounding steeets. 5 mins walk from the port and turist area.
