Brunch was AMAZING! Honestly the service was faultless, nothing too much trouble. Stamatia was incredible she recommended so many nice dishes and was so welcoming. She put us first all the time, even helping with my son and cutting his food up so we could eat she is an incredible women. Asset to the hotel!
Our second visit to a Mitsis on an all inclusive holiday and we were delighted! We have returned home relaxed and wishing we could go back.
Considering the size of the place, they do an amazing job with the catering. There are lots of different restaurants to choose from (as long as you book them in advance) and the food at the buffet was tasty and fresh. The varied bars serve tasty cocktails and drinks. I wouldn’t call it fine dining but I’m an ex chef who lives in Paris, the thing Mitsis does really well is an all inclusive hotel with everything included.
Our room was spacious and in a great location. The linins, towels and products provided in the room were luxurious. The mini bar was topped up daily and the bed comfy.
Our daughter was delighted by the kids club and the activities proposed. She had a great holiday and made new friends thanks to the caring team.
Best part of Mitsis is the welcome and friendly service. All of the staff did a great job making our holiday a relaxing experience. Not only will we return but we will recommend you again in the future.
Our first day at blue domes we were greeted by Stamatia at the brunch restaurant who made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time, setting the tone for the rest of week! The food was also amazing, she gave us the best recommendations!

Wonderful place to relax, everything is taken care of. Stamatia and the brunch team make sure you have everything you need and then add some extra (see pic). All the staff are great, Marta in the kids club is so helpful too. Would recommend for the most relaxed family holiday.
Amazing location and hotel. Food and service was outstanding. Brunch was incredible and Stanitia welcomed us with a hug and recommended that we had the pancakes as an additional plate and she was not wrong. All staff are so lovely here. If you want an all inclusive relaxing get away, this is your place.
