Public areas look great, there is a Pizza station and ice cream station that we really loved. Service at the restaurants are very welcoming. For the different restaurants you need to book a reservation in advance.
Unfortunately heated pool is only for adults. The rest of the pools are a little cold if it’s not July-August.
Children’s club is small but has verity of activities. Also we got a nice welcoming gift for the kids and there are some small toilets for the little one across the hotel.
Room cleaning service was late on the first day but once we made them aware they came earlier the next day and did a better job.
Some rooms has balconies that are lacking privacy (no dividers between one balcony to the next one) and the room decor was not to our taste.
After we contacted costumer services they did make a genuine effort to try and assist and left us with a better experience.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the food is amazing, the rooms are so luxurious and modern, the house keeping do a great job!
The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, we can’t wait to book again!!
A big thank you to Charis and Gkioul for looking after us so well in the main restaurant! Also all the waiters, waitresses and bar staff at both the beach and night bars! We look forward to hopefully seeing you again next year!!

First time experiencing an all inclusive hotel and no real high expectations in food and service. ( 2 adults & 2 kids ).
The main restaurant buffet style was very good …especially main buffet also for breakfast were a pleasure to enjoy the food which was on an everyday changing motto.
Service members were great and helpful throughout the day…especially George and his colleagues made it perfect to enjoy the food and the beautiful scenery.
Rooms are spacious enough but have a special style..beach is no sand beach. Shoes are needed.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Charis and Gkioul in the main restaurant. Especially when they remember drink orders and room no. automatically. They always have a smile and welcome you. The male bartender at the beach bar is also one of the friendliest of people, always going out of his way to ask how you are and nothing was too much trouble.
Very good hotel. Good size rooms and most are beach facing which gives a great view every day. The facilities are good at the hotel. Loads of food options and good restaurants specially the Italian,the wok and the fresh pizza on the beach. The staff is hardworking and friendly.
Cons: There is nothing much to see outside unless you rent a car. The food options at the buffet don’t change that often. The mexican restaurant can be more authentic. the toilets for public usage could be cleaner. The kids pool is adequate but get busy when the hotel is full, they can have more kids pools outside. The kids club has limited options. The evening entertainment is good but it can get cold outside so if they can have the option to move the entertainment indoors that can be a great addition.
