Rooms pretty good. Pool areas are great with good space and the only really selling point of the hotel.
They claim to have a 2 star Michelin chef but he left in 2019 and the food is dreadful overall.
They are way understaffed and can be rude and aggressive towards guests but we’re not to us, we did notice it with others though.
All inclusive is not really all inclusive and I believe is falsely advertised. You will have to pay to go to any other restaurants but don’t bother we tried two and other being able to serve an acceptable salad the food again is just dreadful. They even managed to mess up one of the bookings. The worst part of all inclusive is not being allowed any water. You can get a small plastic cup but you will pay €3 Euros for a bottle unless you complain to reception and get a manager involved. I have kidney issues and I have to drink lots of water each day as instructed by my doctor’s so this was totally unacceptable for us.
Staff do not know what’s going on other than their own job and so you will be told the wrong thing if asking the wrong person.
I like to say hotels are a book now, consider or avoid at all costs. This is a consider if you hire a car, don’t care for good food and ready to drive for some good food. Want a nice place to lounge around with great pool areas even with a lovely adult pool and don’t mind not knowing what is happening at anytime around the hotel.
The infrastructure at the resort is undeniably impressive.
However, despite the excellent infrastructure, the quality of the holiday itself was quite disappointing. The activities and entertainment options were lacking, and there was little to do in the evenings. The staff, while generally polite, seemed overworked and less attentive than expected.
The dining area, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. It wasn’t very clean, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Moreover, the quality and variety of the meals left much to be desired. Many dishes were bland, and the selection was quite limited
Additionally, it felt like the resort was more focused on squeezing money out of guests rather than providing a quality holiday experience. The most popular drinks were not included in the all-inclusive package, and coffee was only free in the morning, not available for free during the rest of the day. This nickel-and-diming approach was very frustrating.
Overall, the experience felt more like staying at a 3-star resort rather than the 5-star
I came to this hotel with my family and we had a wonderful stay. We rented a villa and were super happy. The villa was spacious, two large bedrooms, a large swimming pool, and the icing on the cake, a private jacuzzi with an incredible sea view. The sunset is sublime…the nicest I have ever seen. Our experience in this hotel was fabulous, the staff are pleasant. Marianna at reception was so nice to us. The food is very good, the all exclusive formula is perfect for families. There was also a wide choice of activities to keep everyone busy.The private beach has spectacular white sand. I did the yoga class each morning after breakfast. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.
By the way please igore the nay sayers and their negative comments. I adore this hotel and it represents great value for money. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
Bad bad experience, this hotel should be rated 2-3star max. They have 300 rooms and just 30 sun-beds and umbrellas at the beach, everyone is fighting to get the sun-beds and u have to wake up 6am to block them with towels. We paid 5000€ for 4 people all inclusive and they offer a very poor choice of food and repetitive everyday day the same.
U dont get unlimited drinks and coffee out of the buffet time u have to pay, so disappointed!!
The hotel doesn’t provide proper mopping for the housekeeping, they have given them a sweep which they cover it with a towel which makes them struggle to clean the rooms and consumes more time. Do not waste your money coming here everyone here is complaining about their choice of coming here even their own staff!
All inclusive is falsely advertised. You will have to pay to go to any other restaurants which are always fully booked. Even though we paid for all inclusive u not being allowed any free water or coffee. The all inclusive coffee is a low quality filter one with no milk and available only after 11am. Massively understaffed and of course the staff that is available is always grumpy from working overtime
Most stingy hotel ive ever been to, the owner wants to make big profits and doesn’t care for the customer satisfaction and comfort
An absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful sea views. We had a wonderful time here and it truly felt like home. I will definitely be coming back next year. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Food was all inclusive with a variety of different foods in their menu. Thank you for a fantastic stay
