Not obliged to stay in the hotel to use the beach bar.
Clear water with stones – please wear appropriate water shoes otherwise one might get hurt. As for the beach bar – we bought some drinks from the bar, as it is self service but there are no visible prices anywhere – 2 frapes + 1 water + 1 soda = 13 EUR, no receipt. After a while a guy came and charged us additional 25 EUR for the sunbeds and umbrella. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this experience, probably will visit the beach again but will definitely avoid the bar.
I’m sorry to say it, but avoid the beach bar. The location is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, but the guys running the place are quite shady. They will charge you 25€ for sunbeds only after you have already ordered and paid for drinks as one usually does. Card is not accepted and receipts are never issued. Such a wasted potential, no wonder the beach is quite empty.
The rooms are overall really nice and clean, they’re big enough and nicely decorated. The people working here are really friendly and helpful. And i am in love with the location of this resort. It has the most beautiful sunset in Lefkada!
We had a wonderful time at the school (we only took lessons, not staying), the school owner Chris, Yannis are nice and helpful. The instructor Adonis is super great teacher, he is enthusiastic about his teaching and improved our skills! Only thing to note is that at windmill you need to body drag out 50meters but the wind here is steady and constant. We have also tried the school near the lagoon, the teacher is not as nice as here and the wind there is lower (although the lagoon is shallower). We really enjoyed here with Adonis and the school and will come back again!
