My recent stay at this property with my wife, 2-year-old son, mother, and her partner was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the space in any way. What was shown as a clean, modern, and cozy retreat turned out to be outdated, poorly maintained, and frankly, dirty. There were even metal pipes protruding from the floor, which wasn’t just unsightly—it was downright dangerous, especially with a young child in tow. To top it off, our room didn’t match a single photo advertised online.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the shower. It was so ridiculously small that anyone who isn’t petite would struggle to even fit through the door, let alone use it comfortably. The cramped space made basic hygiene an ordeal, something no guest should have to endure.
When I reached out to the owner to address these serious issues, they were dismissive and refused to take any responsibility for the blatant false advertising. My concerns were brushed aside, with no solution, compensation, or even an apology offered.
If you’re thinking of booking this place, do yourself a favor and reconsider.
There are plenty of better options where the hosts are honest and genuinely care about their guests’ experiences. This stay was nothing short of a disaster, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
Our 3 nights stay at Milos Bay Suites was wonderful. Nikos was wonderful host as he explained to us the best food places and places to visit around Milos island. The area is quiet and it’s a 10min walk to the main Adamantas town. Will definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for a budget friendly option in Milos!
The staff here are super friendly and nice. Lia was amazing, she gave us lots of great recommendations on things to do on the island and places to eat. We also got beach towels which was a lifesaver, our room was cleaned everyday while we were out exploring the island. The AC here was really good, the room cooled down really quickly. The location is great, everything you need is walking distance, really close to Adamantas port and great restaurants/bakeries. There is lots of space for free parking over the road which made things a lot easier. The rooms were really clean and tidy and there is nothing we can fault about our stay at Milos Bay Suites. Thankyou Milos Bay Suites!!
Awesome staff eager to help. The room was lovely. Walking distance from the port. Very happy to have stayed here and highly recommend.
Nice hotel in the port town of Milos, in good walking distance to restaurants. My room was nice enough however started to smell of sewage after the first day and I couldn’t stay there. We also missed the first night of our stay due to cancelled ferries as a result of bad weather and there was no movement from management about a refund for this, which in my view is simply unfair and unacceptable. The receptionist, Nikos, did his best to help and if I was rating his service it would be 5*.
