Had one night stay here as we were travelling to ios for our honeymoon, the lovely girl give us a bottle off Prosecco very kind, we regret not booking more nights here, the room was lovely and the view was amazing. Staff are so lovely and very helpful getting us transport. Breakfast to your room the next day with the amazing view absolutely unreal. Would highly recommend here we will defo come back for longer
We should’ve check reviews carefully before booking. We ended up with a very disappointing stay. Hotel and its facilities far from ‘luxury’ as advertised or like the hotel name suggests. Female receptionist unfriendly and constantly asks when you arrive and when you leave so she comes to work only when needed. Hotel room outdated and the bathroom stank. Jacuzzi was broken, could not be used. AC did not work at night. Location was far from center with no pedestrian sidewalk or road light to anywhere, transport-dependent. Hotel manager dismissive and blames the customers for faulty equipment.
Horrible night spent in the room. Barely slept because the room had sewage smell. AC did not work at night. Felt hot and humid.. Booked it because of the view and jacuzzi and both were not as said in the description. The jacuzzi gave electric shocks so we did not even use because we felt unsafe. It had very hot temperature and could not cool down even after 1 hour of waiting.
STAY AWAY !
We extended our stay by 1 night and booked this hotel thinking we would relax with a jacuzzi.
Unfortunately, reality is far from what the hotel shows online. Their pictures are so photoshopped it’s misleading. The sunset view is obstructed by buildings and electric poles in front.
Our jacuzzi gave electric shocks so we did not even use because we felt unsafe. It’s clearly miswired, the grounding work was incorrectly set up. This would not pass safety protocol! It had very hot temperature and could not cool down even after 1 hour of waiting.
Room had sewage smell. AC did not work at night. Felt hot and humid.
There’s nothing around the area.
The receptionist was informed of all of problems. She herself said the water was too hot, and felt bad for us. She tried to assist us by phone at 2am to fix the AC with no luck. We did not sleep a wink because opening the window would let mosquitoes come in.
When contacting management the general manager denied and dismissed all our issues despite not even being onsite.
The view from the balcony was amazing.
Joanna velentza ( front desk, server, and all rounder) was amazing! She was very pleasant, kind, smiley, welcoming, helpful and just an amazing person!! She made our stay pleasant and feel welcome.
She always brought our breakfast on time and was always prompt.
· The other receptionist who normally works in the evening, was rude from the beginning, does not smile, does not talk to you properly, very lazy, and if you ask her for anything she reacts like we are inconveniencing her. Avoid contact with her as she will ruin your stay!!
The last night hot tub did not work and was told by the lazy receptionist that we did not work it properly and made it seem like we were stupid. In the end, the hot tub failed.
