Cozy clean apartment with all facilities we needed during our stay. Maritsa was very kind and friendly. Only few minutes from Agios Stefanos beach and tavernas with greek cuisine.
I absolutely love it!! Quiet, cheap, clean, everything you need it here. No pool but thers public pools all over the area you can go in like restaurants with pools. The lady is really nice. Didn’t take card so had to wait until the next mornign to pay in cash. Bus just outside to take to to kefalos old town, airport, kos town as well. I walked most places just got the bus to kos town. Beach is only minutes away and supermarket as well. Lovely place.
Great, family owned studio with a wonderful view of the Kastri. In close proximity to the beach, a super market, and Manolis Rent-A-Car. I’ve stayed here twice already, and looking forward to staying again next year.

* Great location with a nice views from my balcony of Kefalos- including the small white church with blue roof (Agios Nikolaos) on the the island of Kastri.
* The strongest broadband signal of any holiday destination I have ever been to (this was early season so maybe not so many users..)
* The local golden sandy beach is only 10 minutes walk away and is next to the picturesque ruins of the the Basilica of Agios Stefanos. Fantastic.
* local supermarket (Jims) is only about 5 minutes walk away
* Maritsa helped me book local trips
* Overall great value for money.
CONs
* like many Greek apartments this one did not have a television/radio but this was made up for by the strength of the Wifi signal – i could watch ‘Sky News’ live on my tablet to keep up with the news.
* If you are new to Greece, this has the usual toilet arrangements where the plumbing cannot cope with paper flushed down the toilet – so this is placed in a bin
* the beds had a strong surrounding wooden frame – you could bruise your legs if careless/drunk !
The owner Maritsa is very pleasant and helpful herself, location is great with just 5 minutes walk to the beach. There’s a beautiful terrace where you can find a shadow and have a breakfast if inside is too hot:)
