I absolutely love this hotel. I’ll definitely come back again. Super friendly place with a real homely feel. You’re made to feel incredibly comfortable by Marietta herself. She always greats you with a smile and is an absolute perfect hostess.
The night barman Panos is also great. Keeps you entertained and keeps the alcohol flowing. Full of great stories and entertainment.
Prices here are also very reasonable, so there’s no need to venture out. However, the location is great as there are several really good tavernas within a few minutes’ walk.
This hotel is 100% on my list to revisit.
The hotel is okay for what you pay for however they need to seriously update and be more clear on their website. First of all, wifi is not free as advertised in the rooms but instead is 15 euro per device which varies depending on your length of stay. There is also an additional charge for air-con which is 7 euro per night. Lastly, the apartment itself isn’t cleaned regularly. Advertised as self catering but when you leave and lock the door the electricity is turned off so neither the fridges or freezer stay cold. Location is okay if you have car. Costs 25 euros into town and then another 25 back. Overall, the place is okay for what you pay for but beware of the hidden charges and the location.
I had a brilliant time at Marietta the family beautiful brother Michael Costa kids Top security hey that Present from costs nearly 100 you were worth it so pleasant every one got the best roof liked it so much I will be moving in has Rambo seriously let me know of long let’s or any nice small home I could buy I am still resting my pain still there nothing to do with your place hey they love me every where pilot let me sit in cockpit of plain because I told him I was an air marshal with special undercover work my duty one silly customer kept swearing at me so I had to use my undercover skills Zorro put z on him one day I will just appear room 11 ok I have told my mother and father it was so pleasant I hardly ever went any where mind you been all over island several other times I need Greek wife. When I come u will not know me because I am like James bond undercover keep that quiet English embassy will tell me off I. Am. One of their best and I was working while there had to bring down top villain did it 😭😭😭
Me and my two friends visited Marietta’s apartment hotel from the 5th-9th June 2024. First of all, I have to say how amazing we were treated during our stay! The staff were constantly happy, specifically Marietta herself and the bar man – they were both so funny and always so easy to speak to and just incredibly kind. Whilst staying at Marietta, I met a few regulars who come back each year, and some brits who visit often since moving out to Rhodes, and each of them had nothing but kind words to say about Marietta’s hotel. Our room was clean and tidy upon arrival so no complaints there – maybe they’re a bit out-dated, but it’s not an issue for me because I was only in there to get ready for the night and sleep 🙂 . Marietta was always keen to call us a taxi when we were off to Rhodes old town or Faliraki – one night, Marietta even drove us to Faliraki because there was a bit of a wait for taxi’s. We only dined there once, but the food was beautiful and freshly made & not to mention the cocktails – they were beautiful! With regards to the location – the location was in a quiet place which isn’t necessarily a bad thing – in fact, it was quite nice being able to come back and have a relaxing time at the pool. The local area is lovely, with a nearby super market, pharmacy and lovely little cafes and cocktail bars with friendly locals. However I put 4/5 stars because it is quite far from popular places like the old town and Faliraki with taxi’s costing about 20-27 euro.
Overall, I haven’t a bad word to say about my stay with Marietta. I will definitely be returning. If Marietta is reading this – thank you so much for accommodating us, we all love you and love the work you do!!

Marietta is an absolutely amazing host. Nothing is too much trouble and her hotel is like going to a family/friends house for a visit. Was a little unsure of the location but there prooved to be more close by than i initially thought.
