In short, I can’t think of a better place to stay in Samos. Warm family run business. The apartments are located only 100m from the beach, provide essential amenities, and are surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets.
When you arrive, the first thing you see is this lovely garden in front, and just 100 meters away, on the other side of the street, is the beach. Maria herself warmly welcomes you and immediately makes you feel at home. We were given the option of a cold drink, which allowed us to cool off in the Samos sun, and we chatted briefly while the daughter (Panagiotis) — who was equally kind and welcoming—processed our reservation. The apartments are close to a lot of supermarkets and places to eat. The apartment itself met our needs perfectly. You could tell as soon as you walked in that this place had been well-kept and lovingly constructed. Well-designed towel foldings, as well as simple, straightforward, and practical furniture. We had a small kitchenette with basic cookware and utensils and a stove. The balcony offered a view of the stunning Oros Kherkis mountain where Pythagoras’ cave is also located. Maria and her daughter welcomed us into their home with kind gestures and amiable conversations. We eagerly anticipated dropping by them early in the day to visit before we left before our adventures. These ladies were very kind and provided us with all the information and amenities we needed. To us, it felt like we were staying at a vacation house owned by a kind friend who lived next door!

We had a wonderful three week stay at Maria Studios. Maria and her daughter were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We can totally recommend this place and might visit again in the near future.
Just been here for 10 days with my partner. We were received very warmly with a drink. The apartment was clean and neat. There was a cold bottle of water in the fridge.
The apartments were run by a very kind mother and daughter. The mother lived there and was the first point of communication every day. The daughter came by often and took care of the administration and cleaning (twice a week).
We felt very welcome, could ask any questions and they would help us with anything. The daughter brought us a cake on day two and we could do some laundry when we asked.
The apartment had a good airco, kept the place very cool. A tiny kitchen with all the aquipment you need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were books to read. And last but not least a balcony with view over the mighty mountain.
The apartments are just across the ocean and beach with free beds amd umbrellas to use. Supermarkets and restaurants enough nearby.

Love this place! As described when booking: clean, very tidy, friendly owners and very helpful. We will definitely come back here. We are going to miss this place and the owners =( !! It’s definitely worth four stars, not two stars!!!
We just agree with all the other positive comments. We were from 1.9. Bis 13.9. there at Maria Studios in a wonderful Appartement, on the ground floor, which had everything you need for perfect holidays.
It is situated in a beautiful Garden, the most pretty in the Whole street 🥰 🌱⚘🌵🌳🌺🌸🌴🌼, like in 1001 night.
From the sleeping room you can step out on a terrace from where you could see kerkis mountain, and where you are surrounded by plants and flowers, a palm tree 🌴and bougainvillea🌺, and if you looked through the neighbors house entrance, you could see also the sea 🌊. I guess you see it straight ahead from the First floor balcony. You just go over the street, and you are on the beach 🏖.
The Appartement was very clean, had a beautiful new bathroom, a practical kitchen with all you need like water heater, Coffee machine, cups, refridgerator inclusive ice Box….❄ and a cool bottle with water when we arrived😊, very nice. The kitchen was in a separate room with a third bed. There were even Books in the shelf in several different languages, perfect if you forgot your books at home 😉👍. There was also an air conditioning, and very thoughtfully a drying Rack in the terrace… you need that after swimming. There were windowbars at the terrace, if closed, they Held out the heat and in the evening when we came home, it was nice and cool. Maria and her daughter help you with everything and were so kind and warmly, that you feel save and like “at home” from the beginning. We deeply enjoyed our visit and can really recommend this hotel. 😊👍❤
