There are a lot of restaurants in the little waterfront area here, but we were so glad we chose this place. The staff were so friendly, but more importantly, the food was amazing. The squid was probably the best I’ve ever had, so perfectly grilled and succulent. I ate pretty much the entire dish myself as the rest of my party did not like squid. Not pictured was a very fresh and tasty leafy green salad we had too, which seemed hard to come by in Greece (most of the salads were chunks of cucumbers and tomatoes).

We had the mussels saganaki to share to start, followed by the beef for myself and my wife got the lobster.
It was all delicious! We eat a lot of seafood back home (New Zealand/Australia) and I think the lobster (crayfish) we had here was the freshest/best we’ve ever had!
The service was excellent and the vibe is nice. 10/10 will definitely be back!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I went today with my family for an early dinner and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The service was quick, amazing, food was great and the staff were very hospitable. If you like it quiet, book for around 17:30-18:00 where it’s very peaceful whereas 19:30 onwards is where it gets busier. We had the Greek salad, stuffed squid, fried squid, mussels and fries as seen in the pictures. Reasonably priced for tasty food with a gorgeous views whereas restaurants next door charge way more. Would love to visit again, thank you Mare Nostrum for a lovely experience!
