Very nice atmosphere. Under the plane trees. Food excellent. Unique and local We had goat and rooster. We tried the chickpea and everybody was nuts about it. Beetroot salad was also great. Service was excellent, thanks to Isidora. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The traditional music coming from inside was mesmerizing. Thank you guys
Very bad and deceiving experience. We ordered the medium (the waitress asked how we wanted it to be cooked) beef steak, but got grilled pork which was well-done obviously. When we told them, they kept saying it’s beef and the waitress then suddenly forgot what medium looked like. Okay, but when we then asked to change the well-done ‘beef’ to the medium ‘beef’ like we ordered, of course it was the last beef steak so we could not get a new one. Right. Funny thing since we were the first customers eating, but their ‘beef steak’ was already finished. Translation: they got caught. Moral of the story: Google reviews can sometimes be deceiving unfortunately. Very unsettling feeling, ruined the night for us.
I had a few meals here in April and everything was delicious, but now I wake up at night dreaming of their beetroot salad!!!
I didn’t expect to find such a good quality of food, elevated traditional dishes, great quality of raw materials, great synthesis and cook. I loved everything. The only nuance was the wasps that is a problem in many areas of the island, comes and goes, and the shop owners can only bring a tray with burning coffee that is not pleasant but it is sufficient. I hope next time the wasps will not be there. Great people very beautiful village great food
