We had an amazing time during our recent stay at Lithos. The hotel is just a short taxi ride away from the airport, tucked away in tranquil part of the island.
Marios, Marina and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and charming. Nothing is too much trouble and the personable approach made us feel very welcome during the time there.
Our room was immaculate and had an amazing view of the sea and coastline.
We hope to return again soon!
This gem is outside of the main tourist areas. It has beautiful views and the bus stops right on the doorstep for a quick ride to different parts.
Our hosts were amazing, caring and generous and looked after us so well.
They maintain the facilities immaculately and take pride in keeping it pristine for their guests.
They offer a breakfast for €15 which is fresh, delicious and filling.

One of the best places that I have been. The owner Mario’s is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean. Swimming pool with good view on the sea. Located 5 minutes to the beach. Also you can rent a car and park in the hotel
This is by far my best accommodation in Greece after visiting Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. Marios is very kind and friendly. I initially made a mistake and booked the wrong date but Marios was very responsive to my emails and helped to solve the problem immediately. Upon arrival, Marina gave a very thorough explanation on the island tourist spots, restaurants and bus schedule. They also offered to drop us to the restaurant as my friend sprained her knee. The room is very spacious and clean with beautiful pool and sea view. It really exceeded my expectation in every way. Highly recommended to all!
All the best parts of staying with family! We went for our honeymoon in early September, and was one of our favourite places to stay on our 3 week honeymoon in Greece.
We were greeted so warmly when we arrived, and given the lay of the land, including recommendations for places to go, places to avoid, and how to get around. We mentioned we had reservations at a restaurant that night and they organized a transfer for us. The service was seriously top notch… more on that later in the review.
The location is great! Not in the hustle and bustle so it’s quiet, with a great beach and reastaurnts right across the street. There is also a bus stop right outside the doors of the hotel, so it’s very easy to get around the island.
There is also an unorganized beach close by that we were recommended when checking in, and the sunset there was unreal. We got a fun sunset experience on the beach with only 10 others there, many of them locals.
The rooms are AMAZING! We were upgraded to a suite, and we loved it. The rooms were spacious, with two full bathrooms that made getting ready a breeze. The rooms are also quiet. You don’t hear anyone! The bed was also so comfy and had great sheets.
The breakfast was standard fare, but the ingredients were always perfect.
Now more on the service, I’ve never had better service anywhere before. We truly felt like family in the best possible way. I tripped while out and had a large scrape on my leg, when my husband asked the owners about what disinfectant brands were local in Greece, they provided a bottle to him for him to use. We used a few sprays and returned the bottle to them and got our own, but they were so kind to offer theirs.
Then the ferries got cancelled due to weather and we had to stay an extra night. They ensured we would be able to stay in our room, and worked so hard to accommodate all their guests (The hotel was sold out during this time). We were scheduled to go out the next day in the afternoon, but the weather was still rough so we were unsure if we would get to leave. However, they made it worry free. They provided late check out free of charge and assured us we could continue to stay with them if we were delayed another night.
We’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family planning their 2024 trips!
