  1. Do not even consider this place! This is NO LONGER Mitsis despite we had been sold 5* all inclusive adults only! None of anything advertised were fulfilled. Adults only but management accept payment for children to use the pools? This is a shamble! Food was terrible! Drinks were terrible ! All inclusive with no food/snacks around. The only thing good is the staff are absolutely brilliant! They tried. But this do not change the fact that this hotel had conned our savings and holidays they promised but could not deliver! It is just bad bad bad. If you have food intolerance, no one can accommodate or feed you.

  2. We arrived here the day after this hotel had reopened following its parting from the Mitsis chain. Consequently, the staff were still finding their feet but as soon as we arrived we were upgraded to a sea view suite- it was magnificent! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and the location, pool, beach etc were absolutely stunning. Admittedly, initially the food wasn’t up to a great standard, but by our second week it had really improved and by the time we left it was excellent. We had snacks and wonderful drinks at the pool bar prepared by Georges who was wonderful and drinks in the evening where Maria was a real character and so very entertaining! All in all we had a brilliant holiday and this hotel is one we will definitely consider coming back to in the future. 😊🏖️🥂👏👏👏

  3. Whilst undoubtedly the location of Lindos Memories is stunning and worthy of 5 stars, the Hotel is not !
Whilst there can be allowance for the rooms (particularly barhrooms) needing upgrading, there is no allowance for the service or standard/quality of food.
There is poor management leadership in the service element of this Hotel, it would appear in Food Beverage or Spa. We appreciate A.Them management have only recently taken over, (from previously Mitsis) and are attempting to make it All Inclusive and accept children ! This property does not lend itself to children, the beach is not children friendly. The integration of children to the pool or dining room will change the ambience of this small boutique Hotel (which sadly could with better management be so special).
Moreover children will be bored !
We actually ate out 3 times in 7 days, and gave up on breakfast. There were often no cups or milk, and after asking you could wait 20 mins.
Food at the pool bar is basic but you can wait up to an hour.
At dinner starters is a poor salad bar, there are no labels telling you what any of the dishes are, desserts are virtually non existent.
In the evening we waited 35 mins for a drink and the bar was stacked with dirty glasses.
A guest asked reception what the food theme nights were, the answers was “why are you asking” ! The guest walked away.
The general guest chat was service dissatisfaction.
It is such a shame as the staff seem to be trying against the odds. It appears to be a budget effort.
This is A Them management first 5 star Hotel, and it appears to be being run on a, at best 3 star model (you’d expect better of 3 star in some areas).
So for location and a very basic all inclusive holiday (if you get a bargain price) you’ll have a lovely pool/beach holiday. But it is not 5 star, not by a long way.

  4. Do not book this hotel. They have essentially scammed us of our money by operating in the limelight of when it was in Mitsis hotel management. (All of the positive reviews you see are from the Mitsis selection Memories, not the current Lindos Memories hotel)

    – The food is horrendous, inedible.
    – The drinks are bad quality
    – The service is non-existent (forget being served a coffee cup or your own cutlery, you have to get up and do it yourself. I was drinking my coffee from a soup bowl this morning)
    – a portion of the staff (mainly cleaners, and one of the male receptionists) are very friendly, but others are very confrontational, generally the management. I feel sorry for the reception staff as they seem to be inundated with problems, and you can see in their responses that they deep down know the hotel is rubbish.
    – Air con has not worked in two rooms we have been in, reception informed us that maintenance has fixed it, which is a downright lie, and the same situation happens every day.
    – Eating food here feels like you’re blindfolded, because there’s no labels on anything…
    – We were advertised a mini market, but it’s not even open. We went to the hotel next door.
    – Poor fella cooking the food at the pool bar takes on too much, forgets orders, wrong orders etc. Later on seen him getting shouted at by staff.

We paid for a 5 star service, and when asking management if she thinks this is a 5 star hotel, she responded by saying that they are trying to improve, so we’ve essentially paid thousands of pounds to be guinea pigs for this new management company (which btw we didn’t even pay for, we were sold the Mitsis)

All of this and we’re only 3 days in to a 7 day holiday here. We’ve tried getting a refund of the remaining days through travel agency so we can at least go somewhere else to enjoy our 5 year anniversary. They’re not having it though, the hotel are telling them that there’s no issues (as I’m still laying here with no air con)

I mean, the sea is beautiful. I’d get more value buying an inflatable and floating around for the remaining 4 days…

  5. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff are fantastic. The pool area, private beach and lunch restaurant are what makes the hotel. The buffet breakfast is great, albeit a little basic. The evening food is presented as fine dining but admittedly a little bland with limited options. The hotel itself and experience makes it five star, but the rooms need updating – they aren’t five star. Overall would highly recommend as a good place to get some winter sun at the start of October. The location is brilliant and close to Lindos which is great for an evening drink and Acropolis.
