Warm welcome in a little exquisite courtyard. Original menu, vegetarian dishes are well catered for. A little bit on the expensive side, but well worth it. Fine desserts.

Levantis is my top choice of this summer: refined cuisine, excellent service, lovely ambiance. The cuisine is a high-end, beautifully served and inventive fine dining. The desert I tried was a mi-cuit au chocolat, lovely ! I can’t recommend it enough.
Also, the local wine is amazingly good.
We ate here several times. Always good. Clean and simple garden setting with welcoming people. My vegetarian daughter enjoyed the beet root ravioli. Excellent deserts too.
Update 2024- we have again returned to one of our favorite restaurants in Paros. The food and service remain excellent. Very gracious hosts. Many of the local restaurants are good, this is a notch above. Creative preparation with quality ingredients and attentive service combine for a great experience.
I dined at Levantis Paros tonight. What a wonderful meal I had. The staff were very attentive and made me feel welcomed. I had the Beetroot tabbulah with feta as starters. Followed by home made gnocchi with roasted tomatoes and spinach sauce for mains, the best gnocchii hand ever had. Bitter sweet chocolate and olive oil truffles for dessert.
Excellent food. Not cheap but worth it. Reservations are recommended unless you come before 7 or after 9.
