Perfectly cooked pasta. Finally a model carbonara after many disappointments in Crete, and one of the best I’ve ever eaten overall. Service is swift, place is clean in a nice place a bit away from the busy old town.
We went back the next day, I got bolognese and this time as well Laganon delivered and I got a model dish, with perfect ragu and perfectly cooked pasta.
If you love pasta and want a break from Greek cuisine I believe it is a must visit place in whole Crete.
Really nice Italian restaurant. The food here is really fresh and the menu stipulates if there is anything cooked from frozen, this is usually seafood.
The majority of the dishes you can choose your style of pasta and if you’d like any extras. We chose the Bruschetta with prosciutto, the pork cheek Carbonara cooked with Spaghetti and Parmesan Pesto cooked with wholewheat pasta.
It is a self service style restaurant and you’re given a device that’ll vibrate and nice your order is ready. The staff here are really nice and are friendly. Very very reasonable prices here too!
The best pasta in Chania!! We were welcomed by the super friendly and fun hostesses/owner who looked after us throughout the meal. Amazing pasta dishes done perfectly Al Dente. The desserts also hit the sweet spot. A perfect dining experiences at a good budget. A high recommend.
The pasta tasted great but it was a bit undercooked. In the beginning we thought its on the verge of being al dented but then when it was sticking everytime to our teeth we knew it was undercooked. The selection is good and the service as well

and in my opinion, the only intention was to harm the business that tries so hard to provide top quality of food and services.

For the past 4-5 years that I have been visiting this place regularly and I am being served only fresh pasta accompanied with delicious sos made with fresh ingredients.
Definitely recommended for all the people who loves high quality pasta!
