Definitely recommend going!
Such a stunning place! Went for dinner, I missed the sunset because I underestimated how long it would take to get there (the only way is through stairs from street level) but once you get there the view is so beautiful! Staff were warm and attentive from the get go. Food comes out really quick, so much so that my entree came out before my cocktail. I didn’t mind, just took my time eating and admiring the view. Cuisine is French which is handy if you want a break from Greek food.
Very special restaurant, with excellent food and top service. We have talked the day before with the manager and she has explained everything about the different types of tables, prices and dishes.
Starter and main dishes were of top quality and unique taste, we were sitting in the panorama table, they have provided to give us flowers (of course with extra fees) and at the end they have offered us Vin Santo for free!
We recommend absolutely this place, however you should know that the prices are of high quality cuisine!
Stunning location! Food and drinks were incredible. The service was flawless. The waiters couldn’t do enough for us. They took lovely photos of everyone as the sun was setting!! 100% recommend!!!!
La Colline restaurant combines modern French haute cuisine with fine details from Greek and Spanish ingredients and recipes. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the very calm balcony next to the pool, with a front view to the amazing sunset. There is no other place in Santorini like this! The view, the food, the service… everything was the best ever!
We ordered appetizers, fish and duck, all elegant and tasteful, as well as the deserts (Baba au Rhum and the famous volcano). Recipes created by a famous chef, it was a unique experience. The stuff was very professional. Highly recommended, don’t miss it!
The view from the terrace is stunning. You can watch the sunset while sipping your favorite wine. The restaurant is secluded so you won’t be bothered by non-diners. The food quality is very high as is the service. The portion is small, typical of a high-end French restaurant. I did the tasting menu with wine pairings. It’s pricey (195 Euros) but it’s worth it. Make sure you book your table in advance because the restaurant has only five tables on the terrace.
