What a great place,l! First time here and couldn’t recommend it enough. If you are looking for a someone quiet and chilled but still not too far from the main strip then you can’t go wrong with Kristalli Apartments. The rooms are modern, the grounds are lovely and the pool bar is well Stocked and open late, but the biggest selling point is the staff, professional, friendly and above all make you feel like you are part of the family, Nico & family you are amazing
Very nice hotel established in an ideal location. It is 5 minutes from the center of Malia but away enough from the noise and the hustle of the center. The personnel are everyone very kind, helpful and warm! The rooms are clean, luminous and shiny! I recommend it for vacations and relaxation!
Awful experience!!!! Kristalli charge £10 per night per room for air conditioning which was a necessity in a 40 degree heatwave. To make it worse the first night it didn’t even work!! Most of the staff were rude and seemed to be an extremely money grabbing hotel trying to rip you off at any chance. The food service was awful and would take ages to arrive or for them to even take your order. Whilst our room was infested with ants that you would see all throughout the building. STAY CLEAR
Me and my wife Linda have been staying in the Kristalli Hotel/apartment’s since 1990s. I have seen this place grow and grow over the years. I can honestly say that the Kristalli is first class the family are very polite and they cannot do enough for you. The rooms are immaculate as are the Hotel grounds. Hotel is in the old town of Malia so far away from the noise and bustle of beach road, although only a 5 minute walk from beach road. You may find cheaper hotels in Malia but you wont find anything better than the Kristalli. Steve and Linda from England. See you in May.
This was our first time in Greece and it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful hotel this place is truly amazing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly especially Nikos who has the best sense of humour, and the lovely lady who worked behind the bar in the day, she was so friendly and helpful. The pool is AMAZING and deep. Also the whole place was spotless. The rooms are modern and the shower is really powerful. The rooms are cleaned every day. The location is great, such pretty bars and restaurants serving authentic Greek food along with pizzas and burgers all within a 5 minute walk. Thank you Kristalli Hotel for the most amazing and memorable holiday, we can’t wait to come back next year!!!
