  1. Absolutely devastated that we booked this holiday for our first family holiday with our children it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. After all the messing around we had being told we had to go to a different hotel from landing at the airport to then being told we wasn’t we finally got a room at 5am with a 8 month old baby a 5 year old and 8 year old. We booked a family room was a as given two separate rooms, which they then tried to charge us room tax for both rooms! Wasn’t given a cot for the baby and when we finally managed to get one I wouldn’t even put it a doll in it! It was literally a cot with no mattress! The staff are something else, so rude! No air con in the room full of bugs. My poor baby was bitten all over! Food was absolutely shocking to brown chicken nuggets wouldn’t feed them to a stray cat. The only nice people in the hotel was the children’s entertainers they was amazing and have nothing but nice things to say about all of them. But what an absolute waste of all our hard earned money spent at this hotel. The canteen has no air on, queen a mile long and the staff are literally sat over you waiting for you to finish to take your plate while you still have food in your mouth! Never again and have taken everything up with Jet2 for the issues we also had coming home! This hotel has so much potential but is absolutely ruined by ignorant staff and out dated dirty rooms.

  2. I was on a business trip these days and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed!! The facilities are very old, the rooms are very dirty, we found cockroaches in the toilet and on the bed pillow and ants on the floor and their answer was that we are in the nature…No renovation has been made and no care at all. Such hotels shouldn’t be open for clients and with such a high price of 170€ per night. Not even free of charge I could stay there. My colleagues had similar experiences and changed hotel after complaining to the receptionists but the staff was not friendly and helpful at all. I regret not having done so. They just gave me another room but it was in the same bad condition. Shame on the owners!!! It must close for health and safety reasons!!!! It does not even worth 1 ⭐️ . If you want to earn money you should take care of your facilities and your clients. The health and hygiene committee must intervene and close it down as soon as possible!!

  3. Room: The room offered a partial sea view, daily cleaning, and fresh towels. However, we encountered cockroaches in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was not functioning well, it’s not cooling just as fun… in June😰

Hotel Location: The location is perfect, being close to both the sea and the town.

Kitchen: The European cuisine was delightful, with tasty cakes, sweets, and meat. However, the service felt rushed, making it difficult to relax during meals in Macedonia I.

Swimming Pool: The pools are excellent for both kids and adults and are kept clean. Unfortunately, sunbeds were often occupied by towels without people around, despite hotel rules, and our complaints were ignored.

Garden: The garden is well-maintained and great.

Animation Program: The entertainment program is excellent for the whole family, both day and night.

Staff: The staff is friendly and always smiling, but they seem unable to make decisions and only inform management without resolving issues.

Overall Experience: The hotel has the potential to be rated 4 stars, but it falls short due to management issues or insufficient finances. At 121 euros per night, it does not offer value for money and might not even meet a 3-star rating. We have no desire to return.

Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is only reliable in the lobby and poor in the rooms.

Additional Note: There was an issue with guests taking more than their share at the bar, leading to a chaotic atmosphere.

  4. Amazing location but they don’t keep the hotel in good shape. The rooms need a good cleaning and some upgrade . The food was not good on breakfasts was good and the drinks because we where all inclusive where very bad .and communication with the staff not so good

  5. **Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend**

I regret to say that our stay at this hotel was far from the pleasant vacation we had hoped for. Initially, we were not even supposed to stay here but were moved due to some booking issue, which set the tone for a very disappointing holiday.

    **Food Quality and Safety**
The food was a disaster from start to finish. At breakfast, we were served Greek toast with raw batter, leading to food poisoning. Lunch offered terrible meat, and dinner was even worse if that’s even possible. After queueing for over 20 minutes one evening, we discovered that the only meat option available was liver. The food was so bad that my partner and I had to eat out most days, despite paying for an all-inclusive package. This unexpected expense was frustrating and unacceptable.

    **Overbooking and Queues**
Towards the end of our stay, the hotel was overrun with attendees from a manager’s conference from a well known and reputable company. The hotel was clearly overbooked, leading to huge queues and overcrowded facilities. It felt like there was no room for actual holidaymakers. The conference attendees were often rude and unhygienic; a woman smelt and prodded food at breakfast, and then proceeded put it back for others to eat. They constantly pushed in front of queues at all meals, making the dining experience unbearable. The arrogance and rudeness of these individuals made it even worse.

    **All-Inclusive Rip-Off**
Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, many cocktails at the main bar were not included and had to be paid for separately. This misleading practice was another disappointment in what was supposed to be a hassle-free holiday.

    **Facilities Only for Conference Guests**
It was very telling that the cocktail bars near the beach, the Italian restaurant, and other amenities only started opening as the managers’ conference began. This made us believe that most of the four-star reviews come from people attending company conferences or receiving special treatment. Regular holiday guests were clearly not a priority.

    **Pool Area Issues**
The drinks machines around the pool were frequently not working and were swarmed with bees, making it difficult and unsafe to get a drink while relaxing by the pool.

    **Remote Location**
The hotel’s remote location was another downside. My partner and I had to walk, cycle or use a scooter multiple times each day just to get to the town center. While this wasn’t a big problem for us as we’re young and fit, it would be extremely challenging for families or individuals with accessibility issues.

    **Room Conditions**
While the rooms were cleaned each day, they were definitely outdated. The room TV didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t function in the rooms, and the safe was broken, preventing us from securing our expensive belongings. To make matters worse, one day we were given blood stained towels, which was absolutely disgraceful and unhygienic.

    **Illness**
My partner and I fell seriously ill after consuming the food at the hotel, and our sickness persisted even after we returned home to the UK. This has been an ongoing issue over the past few days and has overshadowed any positive aspects of our trip.

    **Overall Experience**
The staff were friendly, but this does not compensate for the numerous issues we encountered. The hotel management’s decision to overbook with a large conference, knowing they already had enough guests, shows a lack of regard for their holiday customers. The poor food quality, misleading all-inclusive package, and inadequate facilities make this hotel undeserving of its four-star rating.

We would never return to this hotel and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their holiday accommodation. This was a dreadful experience that ruined our holiday.
