A small pebbly beach with trees you can shade under. There’s plenty of parking right by the beach and a few shops, bars and restaurants. It looks like these are they’re to serve boat tour visitors as there’s not much else to do there. Overall not the best beach or resort on the island but good for watching the planes arriving at the nearby airport.
Found this on a day trip around the island by hire car, beach is pebbly but great for relaxing and a much needed refreshing dip in the sea if a hot day. ( was 40+ when we visited) not a huge beach but doesn’t detract from being nice. Great restaurant above it on hilltop for drinks and food and stunning views
Small beach with lots of rocks Not so comfortable to lay on your towel Best to wear water shoes and take your snorkeling set with you You can see a lot of marine live such as crabs and different kind of fishes by the rocks If you go a bit deeper you also see starfish and little shell crabs
1 day at this beach is enough to explore all the snorkeling points
Nice beach for children
There is shadow under the trees and enough places to eat and drink
We also rented a private boat to visit the Keri caves and spot some turtles
We did spot a big turtle while he was swimming under water but there where so many boats around him that he swim away
The route to Keri Caves was very beautiful with blue / turquoise waters and peddle beaches Great to swim in crystal clear water
We went to the myzithres point (furthest point we could go with the private boat)
It was so beautiful The water was very blue but there are a lot of boats
An very unfriendly lifeguard who only picked on is so we left much quicker then we would have like to That made the whole trip unpleasant for us
My tip: don’t rent a private boat just go with a skipper They know the good spots and you don’t need to stress where to park the boat and get an angry lifeguard who probably hate his job
Nice beach, with trees along the shore. Not a lot of place to lay your towel though. There is also a shower to help remove the salt from your skin. Loads of places to grab drinks and food around.
Absolutely stunning. The water is beautiful. The scenery is incredible. What an amazing place to see.
