So this was supposed to be quick coffee and breakfast stop but we ended up buying way too many stuff. Delicious local cookies and crackers, coffee and cakes. Big selection, we were offered a test of everything that was for purchase. Lovely small store!
This place really impressed, the food was amazing. Getting the basics right is what it’s all about; top shelf spanakopita, tiropita and bougatsa.
The shop comprises a takeaway coffee section, traditional bakery and retail ‘rusk’ store. It has great character and displays the historic baking equipment within the retail site. Local, family owned business, definitely worth the drive from anywhere you may be staying on the island.

Delicious cookies, rusks and pies. I’ve had pies from other places, but the filo sheets here are firm but thin and crispy. Clearly still done in-house.
