  1. We found Kapari for lunch on our first day arriving on Kythera, and unfortunately our first day here was the last of their season! We enjoyed Kapari so much for lunch, we went back for dinner even though they were out of stock on quite a few items since it was their last day. I highly recommend the fried baby calamari, it was some of the best I’ve had ever. I also loved the Ntokas salad, the cheese is superb! And the baked talagani, beetroot salad, and mussels steamed in ouzo, mastic and lemon were equally delicious. Service was also wonderful and very helpful suggestions. Thank you for a great introduction to Kythera!

  2. Rare find in the island. We had Tsigariasti, stuffed vine leaves (something between heaven and dream), Mediterranean salad and talagani with pomegranate sauce…

They have unique style on their menu – cuisine style life meteriranian mixed with new-age vegetarian and classic dishes. Great choice for all day ouzo, wine with maze or launch and dinner time.

The menu is flexible and unique I believe it’s a must to visit more that I’ve and try it all! Picturesque beach and friendly beach.

  3. Amazing! Best fish dish I ever had. I have had seafood all over the world (been to 30+ countries) and the smoked mackerel was out of this world great. Their fried calamari is also one of the best I have ever had. Right on the beach in a beautiful picturesque cove. Talked with the owners’s son afterwards and if you are ever here you MUST stop!!!
