  1. I booked this hotel for vacation with my family. I chose this hotel because it’s first sea line and I surely didn’t regret it. The hotel is perfect, our room was spotless and shiny. The service was perfect. Everyone is smiling and giving good vibe. You can feel the energy of relaxation. The bar works till 1:00 am and it’s perfect for the late summer drinks by the sea.
    Totally recommend. Will come back.

  2. I originally booked a superior room for four nights at E 564.40 and then upgraded to studio at E 680.60
Upon arrival the studio was nothing as advertised and unacceptable to us so I asked to be placed back in the superior room
After calling the manager who was quite unfriendly they accommodated us BUT refused to give us the original price and said would charge us E 630.80
I argued this was not right and had booked far in advance to get a better price…the manager charged off
The next day he called our room and said if we didn’t like it we could leave
I have never been treated so rudely in my life
I asked the guy at the desk for the managers name and he would not give it to me so I arranged a meeting with the manager who once again just argued with me and refused to give me his name because knew I would write a bad review
It was me this time who walked off
Later a bottle of champagne arrived with an email saying to enjoy it but still argued his case
A bottle of champagne will not make up for his behavior which caused me much stress and had to pay an extra E 116 for the room
My friends staying at the same time paid less for their studio!!!!
Not so much the money but the treatment…..too bad cuz beautiful location and place
George at the desk was friendly and very kind but the other manager whose name I think was Dimitri but would not tell me was horrible

  3. Tried contacting them several times and they for no reason hung up on me while I was trying to book a group retreat … then he proceeded to call me back at 11pm. after seeing my prior review acted very friendly heard the budget and tired to get me to book
I recognized the name of the hotel immediately and confronted him then he screamed at me for 5min and hung up again…

  4. It was a very lovely hotel! The rooms are air-conditioned, and it seems like all of the rooms have a balcony as well! The view from the beach was amazing. They have a rocky area where you can eat, and then a sandy beach steps away. The wifi was a bit spotty, so keep that in mind, as well as the fact that it’s a 10-15 minute walk to Naousa. Also the rooms advertised in the photos highlight hot tubs, but our room ended up being a standard hotel room.
