The room was on a second floor with stairs, hard to carry big luggage, there was not enough space for the suitcases and the clothes, need of a closet.you can hear the next room , needs isolation.

Great hotel clean with big beautiful rooms , great location in little village with nice restaurants. Very good breakfast! Every room has a seaside balcony. Only 5 rooms. Just perfect! We spend 2 nights and visit the Balos beach nearby. Thanks for the hospitality. All rooms have been recently renovated.
We stayed 5 nights at Kaliviani Traditional Hotel and visited from here Balos, Elafonisi, Phalasarna, and villages around. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the sunrise if you’re brave to wake up before 6h45 in the summer! We know we enjoyed it 🤩 Breakfasts at the hotel were delicious and just what we needed to fuel the start of our days! But the highlight of the hotel is Yianni (the owner, receptionist and cook), we particularly enjoyed his sense of humour and his wisdom on the philosophy of life! We left feeling grateful and satisfied with our stay and would come back again/recommend for those visiting!

The Breakfast Lounge is superb with beautiful views and the breakfast is absolutely delicious and copious with fresh products of the area and the very kind and generous attention of mr Giannis!

We had an amazing time and loved every second. The room was exceptional with a very comfy bed with a new en suite with excellent finishes. Ioannis made us feel welcome and relaxed throughout our stay and the breakfast was exceptional. We look forward to returning soon
